Currently staying at The Apartment. Its clean, neat and amazing. Friendly staff. Always willing to assist and help. The receptionist Terry is fantastic.The Manager Mr George got a driver and escorted us to exchange our money into currency. He even negotiated rates for us.I highly recommend this place. It is the best.Apartments come with stove, microwave, washing machine, fridge, tv with DSTV and plenty space for everyone.Price was also amazing and we were welcomed warmly and with a smile. I would definitely visit again.

The room was adequate, the air conditioning was a rescue. The staff were absolutely great, everyone is helpful. The waiter in the restaurant was still smiling and the receptionist very pleasant. Thank you for your help and accommodation. Girls from the Czech Republic

Abla beach is a great spot for an extended stay, family vacation or even a short stay. These cozy apartments are equipped with a kitchen and laundry which is great when you are travelling for a few days. The staff are very friendly and the service was excellent. It was the best deal at their price point even during high season. I had a wonderful time without breaking bank.

Run down and over priced. Was a 3 star hotel maybe 10 years ago but there has little to no upkeep.Leaking plumbing and broken faucets, light fixtures not working, food is basic and over priced. WiFi is so bad that you dont want to use it.Staff is helpful but only to an extent.Different rates for locals paying less than half resulting in the discrepancy in reviews.

Great place to stay close to downtown. Apartments come with a modern kitchen. Great staff that will accommodate you and the breakfast is good. The beach behind the hotel is fenced off so you might need to go somewhere else if that is a must for you. There is a pool, sauna, and a fitness center.

A best place to be in zanzibar. Rooms and environment is clean. Excellent customer service. The workers are so kind and welcoming.I recommend this hotel for your comfort stay in Zanzibar.

Very disappointing. When paying $200/night i expected a nice clean appartment. It was run down, no lights in the bathroom, wifi didnt work, many repairs needed. At least the staff was very friendly.

The sea breeze is nice, the beach is not healthy (almost not a beach at all).

Terrible. No water. Tried to overcharge. Security poor. Breakfast disgusting. Garden a building site. Toilets dirty. Windows left open by cleaners so full of mosquitoes. TV in Arabic. No alcohol.

Its a very good place for both those who seek to go for Zanzibar for vacation but as well as those who go there for work purposes, the lighting is conducive for work, you get your own kitchen, fridge, microwave so that means you can always fix yourself sth incase of a latenight craving the also do have a restaurant with good food. You also get to no worry about laundry because they offer laundry services but their studios do come with washing machines.... this place is surely a home away from home...The staff are also friendly and welcoming.

Looks ok from the outside,entrance and parking look nice,but noise from the vehicular traffic on the main my pose challenge for those that require silent place

A hoter is nice but the car entrance needs modification because it is not safe to turn immediately if theres traffic behind even going out it is not safe
