Is a nice and modest place to stay, very close to the beach and with a super restaurant below (the Corner). The rooms are clean and comfortable, AC was working and the cleaning service was good, daily check. There are some improvements to be done, that would make the place even more comfortable: the door from the balcony and from the bathroom should be repaired, so they close properly. I really appreciated the very clean and white towels, and the way the staff was treating us. They are kind and friendly, always ready to help. Thank you!

We have a wonderful time here. The staff in the hotel and in the restaurant (The Corner) was really good and very respectful. We have been in several hotels around Zanzibar, and up until now, we haven’t received such a great treatment as in this hotel. Is an excellent option when you are travelling on a budget. Great hotel! We rested at the end of March. I liked everything very much! The room was cleaned every day. Snow white towels, everything is very clean and simple. There is no dust on the shelves, no dirt was found anywhere. Shampoos and soaps were renewed every day. There is a kettle, coffee, sugar, tea leaves, everything you need. There was always hot water in the shower. The staff is friendly, sociable, understanding. Always helped and supported. Perfect location of the hotel! Great beach. Many shops, exchange offices, cafes, excursion representatives. No insects, no mosquitoes, no flies. The air conditioning in the room worked great. There is also a fan. It is safe to leave any things and documents in the room. As with the beach, there is no hint of theft or extortion. Everything is great in Zanzibar! An island not spoiled by tourists. We would love to come back here!

Nungwi Beach, like the entire Unguji Island, has a characteristic ebb and flow, you can swim. At low tide, you can watch the ocean beauty.
