I chose this hotel because it was close to the airport for my next flight out. I had some difficulty with booking initially, but Yusph at reception was very helpful and understanding to make the necessary changes.On arrival i was delayed at the airport when my bag did not arrive. The pick-up driver patiently waited for me with sign in hand.All the staff are friendly and helpful. Thomas, the owner is very accommodating in becoming an understanding friend.I will stay there again.

Perfect place to stay close to the airport and at a very reasonable price. After arriving with limited charge in most electrical items was so happy to find so many plug sockets each with USB ports. Bed and especially duvet were super comfortable so left fully refreshed and charged up for an early start for which a taxi was also arranged. Amazing value and lovely staff. Asante sana! :)

Nice period villa setting, rooms were fine althought a little dated. Bathroom was clean. Breakfast was good (set course). Free airport transfer, a good place to spend the night if traveling. The internet was not great in our room.

We staid one night and it was great! We highly recommend it. Yusuph is very nice, helpful and help us a lot.

For the price and the location the hotel is a perfect stop for before or after arriving from the airport. Rooms are basic but clean and Rocky is an excellent host! I will stay there again

It is anice hotel . The room is good , food is not bad (but not the best ) . But the bad thing which I faced there was the internet ( Wifi is very bad ) .

Inexpensive hotel near the airport. A good choice for an overnight stay if arriving late, postponing the very long taxi ride to the beach resort to the next day.

Verify location before booking.The hotel is not located in Stone Town. Google maps is wrong.I booked and had issues for 2 hours with Expedia. Almost ended up without a hotel on New Years Eve.Never made it to the hotel. I suggest the owner to claim the business and make updates.

This place is awesome! Airport palace is highly recommended on my part. The breakfast options are amazing, fresh bread, crossaints and pastries everyday! The staff are extremely helpful and just always smiling and eager to lend a helping hand! The rooms are WELLLLLLLLLLL worth the rates, which are honestly a steal! Air-conditioning, Wi-Fi, hot showers (which I quickly learned are a luxury in Zanzibar), airport pick up and drop off, laundry, in room fridges, in room fruit platters, security boxes in the room and sooooo much more! Khalan and Laddy, you guys have won a life long customer! Look forward to seeing you guys next year! KEEEP A ROOM OPEN!P. S - the food is crazy! Large portions! Delicious! And AFFORDABLE!!! On arrival we were met by very friendly staff, a ice cold welcome drink as well as a cool towel to freshen up after a long drive.The rooms are very spacious and fitted with mosquito nets, fans and aircon units. Loved the decor in our room. The extra packing space for clothing is a real bonus.With the free WiFi and airport transfers confirmed, we could relax and leave the arrangements in the hands of professionals. We booked extra transfers the night before our departure and we were not disappointed.Well done on a awesome place. We will be back!

After missing the flight due to the delayed PCR test result, the Palace was an oasis in the desert. After paying and filling out the form, they took us to our room and in the morning they offered us breakfast (which had not been discussed the day before) and free transport to the airport.The structure is in line with the amount paid, it is not a resort but has all the necessary comforts, ideal for a short stopover or for those who want to travel on a budget.Recommended

Clean room, close to the airport, friendly and helpful staff.Poor breakfast, no water from the shower, on the night we spent the night noises of some of the staff.
