Definitely recommend. Don’t hesitate, book it. Mark and Peter will take care of all your needs at the bar. The personal beach is just a 30 second walk. You will not regret it.
Best place in Zanzibar! The staff are amazing. The beach is close and if you get rooms facing the ocean you will have a wonderful adventure to remember
It was nice experience to stay in Sea Crest, specially the staff was very professionalWe went there without book but the manager accommodated us respectfully in reasonable ratesWe used the transport associated with this hotel for tour, they were also very cooperative and goodI wish to stay again
We had an amazing time at Sea Creat and in Kiwengwa. We booked a double room with half board.Firstly we were welcomed with a fresh juice and the staff showed us around the property. The room was fantastic - sea view, extremely clean, flowers on the bed, air con, towels, WiFi - everything you need! And the room was cleaned every day. There is also a pool and a restaurant where you get breakfast (very good!) and since we booked half board, we also had dinner included. We could choose a starter and a main and usually went with fish which was very delicious. The staff in the hotel and restaurant was very friendly and open to chat, very nice people! The property itself is in a superb location, not directly at the beach but you can see it from the hotel and just have to walk down the stairs to get to the beach (~2min). The beach in Kiwengwa is one of its kind. White sand, crystal clear water, restaurants and bars, kite schools,... just stunning!I can honestly and highly recommend staying at Seacrest. The price is totally worth it and there are certainly more expensive hotels around. Considering the incredible beach, I would totally go there again!
Very nice hotel and friendly staff
Its a nice place to stay there at Seacrest hotel .good staff kindly the place is very cool. big swimming pool
Good service, polite and helpful employees, seemed that the staff wanted to make our vacation unforgettable. Comfortable rooms, the garden is so impressive, providing the restaurant a great atmosphere. Excellent destination if you visit Zanzibar.
SeaCrest Hotel is a low-mid-budget Hotel in Kiwengwa, with beautiful sea view, pool, restaurant, and friendly staff. The rooms are well-presented, have ACs, a safe, mosquito nets and well functioning bathrooms equipped with a fan. A service person cleans the room daily. The restaurant is good, although waiting times can be long at times. There is a 2 minutes walk to the shore, which is located at a really picturesque spot in Kiwengwa. There are dive and kite schools close by.Overall we had a very nice experience in SeaCrest!
Kiwengwa very beautiful place beach ⛱ 😍 👌
Wonderfull, clean and big rooms, quiet environment. Nice place for escaping the busy world to relax
The rooms are so nice and modern style.
Good rooms and great views
This is nice place to stay,
Fantastic hotel for relaxation
We stayed in January and were very pleased. The hotel is an example of value for money and excellent quality. The staff took care of us as much as possible and did everything to ensure that our vacation went smoothly. Every day cleaning, change of towels and toiletries. The entire hotel is perfectly clean and comfortable. The beach is cleaned every morning. Beach towels are free. During the day, an employee is on duty on the beach, so you can go swimming without worrying about personal belongings and gadgets. There are a couple of drawbacks - there is no dryer for clothes and swimwear, and in this humid climate in the room, practically nothing dries completely. And secondly, there is no laundry service. Otherwise, everything is fine, the rest turned out to be unforgettable. Special thanks to the Guide from the Mr.Bakili hotel, who helped organize our tours at very affordable prices and made them comfortable and full of impressions. We would like to come again.
2 week stay at Sea Crest in January 2022.Very simple and quiet hotel a few steps from the sea.We had a large room with sea view and pool which is clean. The staff always attentive, very pleasant and helpful.Room cleaned every day with little touches that make you happy. The taxi from the Ramal hotel was great and we did all our excursions with him, good price and always very attentive.Small negative point breakfast which is the same every day and meal at the restaurant of the hotel quite expensive.Big negative point the manager of the excursions which doubles the prices and the only excursion which we made with him a disaster without compensation. A piece of advice do not take any excursions with him. Thanks to the team for this trip.
Had a rest with my husband in this hotel at the end of October. I liked everything from the first minute of my stay at the hotel. We were met by a girl-manager Vinnie and kindly led a tour throughout the hotel and beyond. She told about the rules and offered to solve any of our requests. So it was during the whole rest, for which many thanks to her! It is Winnie, as for me, the calling card of this hotel. Rooms are clean, cleaned very well. The view from the hotel is very beautiful. The pool was cleaned every day. Delicious and varied breakfasts. Clean towels every day. The beach has its own sun loungers and a person who looks after things while swimming. We liked everything. Especially for that kind of money! Best Recommendations
Great area next to the ocean. First of all, I want to note the excellent cleaning of the rooms. Every day, clean towels, plumbing, floors and a pleasant smell in the room. Cleaning girls are great. Despite the fact that the doors to the toilet did not close (we were in room 202) and the plumbing was outdated. A monotonous menu, and if you paid for breakfast and dinner, do not rely on something original. The lack of a buffet is inconvenient. But the food is edible. Excursions from the hotel (not from the tour agency guide) are more profitable, even if you consider what is offered on the beach. Transfers for excursions are almost personal and you have a guide and entrance tickets for the same money. The administration will help with any problems: exchanging money, calling a taxi, organizing excursions. In any case, the rest was a success. Once in a lifetime, Zanzibar is worth seeing. And this hotel is a pretty good choice.
My son did not fall ill on purpose, unfortunately for you his must not be very reassuring for the families who wish to stay in this hotel to see the way in which you treat a sick child I find it unfortunate for a hotel owner to react this way with a client and to see that there is no professional secrecy. !!!
A very clean hotel.Good food possible at any time.Very friendly staff. Especially Nela from the front desk makes everything possible in a short time. Thanks to everyone 👍
Rested in this hotel in mid-November. The hotel is very cozy, compact, good location, close to the beach, a small market, a supermarket (we took a taxi, but also not far on foot)! Daily cleaning, change of towels, fresh water. Special thanks to the hotel manager Gabriel- you are the best !!! Very kind and helpful waiters. Winnie, thank you very much for your kind heart ❤️, I wish all your dreams to come true !!!-Lack of varied and tasty breakfasts, the condition of the bathroom is poor, there were interruptions in water and light, I would like to have a cleaner beach!
Great vacation. Lovely local people - mr. Bakili, Ali, Ami, Carlos will help make your stay unforgettable. Honest and very cordial. We traveled with them all over the island and not only. Feel free to contact the beach and negotiate. Interesting places. Freshly caught fish, octopuses, crustaceans, all from local fishermen. Buy and order cooking at beachfront restaurants. I recommend the Tanzanian Domo wine. The hotel employs wonderful people, all without exception. The girls at the front desk are super cool and welcoming.
Good three! The staff are friendly! Thanks Gabrielle and Vinnie. They will always help. We rented a car from them for 2 days for 70 dollars. The breakfasts are not very varied, but you will not stay hungry. I recommend! Not all rooms have refrigerators, please ask if available. The same teapots and safes. The beach has its own sun loungers, towels are provided. Mattresses on sun beds are brought out at about 8 am.Two comrades are sitting next to the hotel on the shore near the sun loungers, offering excursions. 35-40 bucks for blue safari. Highly recommend! They feed them for slaughter and ride the seas all day. His name is Ame (pictured with a plate). Can arrange car rental with a tourist pass. For $ 60 for 2 days.On the last day we took a dolphin excursion (45,000 PER PERSON, we wanted 4 people to go 55,000 at first, but then we packed a full car with 7 people and drove 45,000). The weather failed, but the dolphins were seen and swam. We also swam with masks near the neighboring island. On the way back they brought us to the fruit market. And then to the liquor store (all on request). The boy in the second photo is running on the shore (with a bandage on his head mostly). You can order delivery of beer from him at 35,000 for 10 bottles, provided that you return the empty ones to him.Bring sweets to children.Cigarettes 2000 per pack.Take a car and it will pay for any excursion. If you have at least 4 people.
We rested in this hotel on a voucher. The hotel is brand new, clean. The hotel staff is sooooo helpful and polite😊😇 Towels were changed every day and the rooms were cleaned, all personal hygiene items were replenished daily. Since we rested for a long time, on the second day we were transferred to a room with a balcony and ocean views for free. The pool is clean, the breakfasts are delicious and quite filling. The beach is pretty clean, albeit with low tides. In general, the hotel is good
Recently built, it is located between Melia and Veraclub.Room 202 excellent. Bed with fresh flowers, romantic mosquito net that is opened every evening and prepared for the night, air conditioning, two large windows overlooking the garden, electric sockets as if they were given away, large bathroom with hairdryer, toilet soaps and toothbrushes. Magnetic key. The restaurant, also useful for breakfast, is in the garden under a poolside veranda overlooking the ocean which is located about 200 meters down a staircase and across the beach.Excellent breakfast. What about superlative.
Not big and cozy!I really liked everything!
But this does not apply to the restaurant !!!
Wonderful hotel. Built recently. Staff well done, any issue is resolved. Special thanks to manager Gabriel. The location is super. Three hundred meters and the beach, the beach. Seafood. Thank you very much
