Not a good experience. Beds are not comfortable. Plumbing is terrible and the UPS in the corridor kept beeping the whole night.

The hotel was very clean and the toilet was very clean as well. The location of the hotel was very nice near the ferry and not very far from the airport.The staff were friendly and helpful, the breakfast was average nothing special. They give 2 small bottle of water daily.The only downside is there is a bit of smell when you first enter the room but it goes away after a while.

The hotel is located in quite local street. Although first impression was not the best, rooms were clean, spacious, hot water was available. Breakfast was good and we had good dinner as well. You can reach port with bust within 5 mins and there is also a shopping mall reachable by walking

Its cool, staff are so friendly. It feels like home..I recommend other people either single or with family to logde in

The room was cool plus the bed... The room was cleaned except the bedsheets, werent changed

Clean rooms, with good air conditioning. Secure . Resourceful staff.A downside is that they had one chef preparing meals on order. Waited for 2 hours.

Worst place to plan your stay. Discourteous staff, hardly understand English, used toiletries in the bathroom. Health and safety highly compromised.Breakfast options are limited and room service is charged per visit.In my opinion, one should avoid this place.

Nice place, it was bit cold early morning as their was no heater or blow drier but very comfortable room with working air condition, felt like home and the hosts were freindly too.

We went there for one night and we found our room completely full of mosquitos, we didnt sleep at all, awful experience. No mosquito net, no refund when we said what has happened to the reception. Awful experience

Excellent service. My only suggestion is to have more staff in the kitchen, one staff was responsible for preparing food for several guests that took quiet some time.

I havent stayed there yet, but I think I can leave a review by this point, so I leave it. The location is near Cariaco Market, but its not as loud as I thought. Its a little far from the main market. There are many other hotels nearby, so I hope you find a good place..First of all, the room is not bad. A comfortable bed in the right size. You can feel cozy. However, the likes and dislikes are severe in each room. Originally, my first room didnt have air conditioning. The water doesnt come out well. A hotel is a stream of water. The moved room is still air-conditioned. Be careful... the breakfast is good enough. If you come out early, you only have milk. Dont eat it because it doesnt taste like milk. Payment is the 21st century. Its like a way to charge the card with electricity and charge the card only with a card key. People who work are generally kind. Sometimes, there is a meow at the door. Its cute.. I hope you look pretty..You can order food with room service, but it takes a very long fee of 3,000 shillings. And so salty! The biggest room? An expensive room costs 55,000 shillings. Reference~~
