I have stayed in this hotel one night. The hotel is not in the safe area, also a lot of dust around and bad roads. Staff doesn’t speak english normally. Next day I had to check out in the morning. In reception I asked if it is possible to stay till evening, because my flight was 10 pm in the evening. In reception girl said, that I can stay till evening for half price I have paid for 1 day. We agreed I paid half price, because had to leave in the evening and not spending night at hotel. In the afternoon they said that I have to leave or pay more. I explained that I have paid half price and was allowed to stay till evening. The manager didn’t want to know anything. She said this is a mistake and I have to leave or pay more. They took money and kick out. I decided to leave. This is not a normal hotel. Stay at other place, because the attitude and treatment worst.

Very good value for money. Rooms have AC, there is wifi almost everywhere (besides the rooms at the furthest corners), including the outdoor restaurant which provides a good selection of good food even at the very late hours. There is also Guinness Smooth and other beers. For breakfast there was pretty standard selection of food, but some components also varied over the days. Service is nice and understanding too.

Poor serviceReggina assistant manager. she behave like we Indians like animal..ver poor management..all the time Internet not working.Sometimes water not coming in bathroom.Food:They mentioned in contact they provide food by buffet system but they are lier they serve by self sometimes they direct said food finished even we paid already our food money before contract..Specialist Indians please dont come here..

We had just checked in and stayed for less than an hour when we had to leave due to an emergency..the service was terrible and they were so unprofessional! Also the room we got was not I repeat NOT according to the value of it. Do not waste money please.

I had attended a corporate event and explore some other offered services at the premise, the environment is quite fine and sanitation facilities are tremendous neat. Hotel customer services needs more attention.

The outside view is nice but the rooms looks too old. Bed sheets, towels, curtains n.k. are too old...need to do somthing on it.
