Friendly staff. Enough space in the rooms which are well kept but some had humidity in them. With Wi-Fi, definitely a place to stay though was not pleased by the shortage of electricity during day time which makes everything stop including the connection... Overall it was a nice stay.

Very helpful staff and right in the heart of sinza. Very easy to locate and also move around town. The rooms are nice and spacious with air condition and hot shower. The provide bead and breakfast (buffet).

Unfortunately I didnt have a great experience in this hotel. It was impossible to sleep in the first room I was given because of a loud noise coming from the fan of the AC of the bedroom nearby. I asked to change the morning after and they put me in another room.The problem is: once I came back again two weeks after, they gave again the same room and lied about having fixed the problem. Once I asked to change a few hours later, they told me I had to wait for the day after, which meant a sleepless night. The following day I struggled to speak with the receptionist about changing the room. Although in the end I did manage it was a challenge.In Dar staff at international hotels should be able to speak English.For the rest, rooms and bathrooms are small and average. No plugs next to the bed, which is unconvinient. Food is fine, but could be better.

Sinza is where you can find this beautiful hotel building. Its amazing hotel with good view, the restaurant with variety of meals from great chef. Great room with air condition. I was there one night get away with my baby and i didnt regret any money i spend there

Its among of the best Hoteli across Sinza, the challenge is they dont have like a private pace for people who are always busy with their laptops and most of the sockets in the restaurants are off for users. Take them on and charge people for service...

The service is good. The price range of Tshs. 70 - 90 thousands per night is still a blow. A range of 60 - 80 could have been more friendlier.
