Bad service, bathroom flooding, we lost Zappa headphones when maid came to clean the room. The cost of headphones was 225 pounds sterling.Definitely not going there againDo you own research first.Reported all to manager but to no avail.

Rooms are quite small. Amenities not to the best quality but has great staff. It is a bit wheel chair friendly. Has inadequate parkong space.The breakfast is a delicacy.

Heart of perfect repair and maintenance in mwanza

Seems the hotel is not what it was before. Castle Milk Stout or Guiness beer is not available. Tv,Remote control module, not working. Tv main switch absent.
