Good medium class hotel in Kariakoo

We were well taken care of by the reception staff who were pleasant and helpful. They made me feel welcome. But they do not cater for people who are vegans or vegetarian. Two kitchen staff, a gentleman and a lady tried their best to make up for the lack of it by adding more vegetables to my breakfast but they all spoilt it on my last day when they all sat down and were laughing at me while I was eating my food. They made me feel very uncomfortable as they called their friends to look at me. I vow never to go back to that hotel again..I will find somewhere else when I visit Tanzania again because I love the country and the people I visited. But I will never use this hotel again not because it has nothing for vegan and vegetarians, but mainly because of the awful experience with the kitchen staff who blatantly sat in my face and with their friends spent their time laughing at me instead of doing their work.

One of the staff with the name Peter is the best! They helped us with tailor for weeding dress. Good location, but can be some noise from the streets 24/7 Cheap food and drinks at the hotel. But the breakfast was poor, no food. Bathroom is also poor, If you want to move around in the town, just take a tukk tukk. Its cost around 5000 TNZ

Very bad in service. Took 1 hrs to serve the food and when came on table, it was wrong food. Order given for Vegitable pasta and served Beef pasta. Again took 45 min to serve food.The worst service by hotel.Not recommended to anyone.

A nice little place for lodging, food and for budget prices too. Located in the middle of the famous Kariakoo market for your shopping too. Central location affords you the opportunity of reaching where ever you want in town.

I was here again and the first thing after I checked in was to order ugali samaki, whole changu fish - red snapper, fresh and very tasty.Liked location, food, hospitality and security at this place.

Nice.. Premium rooms are good, spacious and under good budget, staff is really good, mannered and friendly. Food is good. Not good: I took the normal room first, which is very small in size.

I lived here for 4 weeks, it is very good place, the rooms are clean and view excellent, staff are friendly, it is near town so transport is not a problem, hotel restaurant is great food local and international, all drinks available in bar, TV and Airconditioning in all rooms, door cards also controls Electricity, indoor restaurant/bar is great, lifts work great and engineers are within, It is five floors so you can use stairways for abit of exercise if you prefer. Taxi and boda are outside hotel waiting for you.
