I had a great stay here. The staff are lovely and very helpful. The hotel is located in a great spot so there is easy access to a shopping center and covid testing site.The rooms are spacious and very well maintained, I would love to visit again.

Needs refurbishments....the hotel is old..but if improved...it is in a better chance of being a state of the art gateway hotel because it is near to the Regional Bus Stand....travellers will love it

The receptionist at the customer service is so cool and humble. The rooms are spacious and the WiFi always strong. The food is ok. Although something should be done about the diet..

Shower water was inefficient, in bed room no drinking water, sasage at breakfast was not saved hot. I paid for two adults but services was available for one adult, the window was not closing properly, no tooth brush and coolgate found in bed room,

Close to the main road and easier to access from different locations, airport, ubungo bus terminal, a cool place where you can visit with your family.

What a huge hotel with a lot of accommodations

Its a nice place. Easily accessible from upcountry or from Dar international airport. But you need to tolerate noise from cars passing through nearby road.

The hotel is close to National Transport Institute, Main Bus Station at Ubungo, Tanesco head office and around 5km to Mlimani City Mall.Famous for hosting group meetings for preparation of local wedding ceremonies, especially during weekends evening.

I once walked in to their restaurant at about 4pm, with a plan having a bite while i worked at my laptop.this is because their restaurant was mkre ir less empty so i knew i wouldnt be taking table space from other clients. So, i ordered for a cup of tea and some samosas and proceeded to set up my laptop as i waited. A few minutes later, the waitress returns to say that they neither had tea nor samosas and in fact had nothing at all to eat and that if i wasnt eating anything then i had to leave!! Ive never been back !!

Great place to stay. Some beds have mosquito nets, others do not. Even when asked to put one up, just sprayed bug repellent in the room. Have some English channels on TV.

The manager Allen is hustler.Claimed to not have change after payment when checking in and money was never received at check out due to shift change.

A three star hotel located along Mandela road, about 15 minutes from the city center. It offers conference facilities, room service and a variety of dishes. There is ample parking, security and Wi-Fi. Services are at affordable rates.

They are in need of renovations, staff was okay at the desk but the restaurant staff was lacking and the food wasnt good.

They said hot shower is available but didnt see. Also the room smell..
