Good location, close to Ferry station and city center, staff friendly and helpful, for the price paid far beyond expectations. Will use it again. Food is not extremely sophisticated but cheap and acceptable, a restaurant and a bar work till 23.00. Can arrange taxi service, public transport, rapid buses station, nearby.

Value for money in the heart of Dar es Salaam. Rooms have airco, hot shower and mosquito nets. There is a bar and restaurant. Breakfast can be ordered early. The hotel is in a nice city area and close to the ferry to Zanzibar. Can recommend

Not a bad price but honestly this place is not a good place to start your trip. I was afraid to use the shower and the woman in the restaurant didn’t know that I was ordering water. Quite the culture shock for my first night in Tanzania. Close to the ferry terminal tho.

Cheap, room was clean. There were no towels and mosquito net was bad. When we ordered transport to airport, it never arrived. Reseptionists were not unpolite but sometimes they were a little passive.

Excellent location, in city center. Everything in walking distance. Cooperative staff. Rooms are clean n nice. Overall hotel atmosphere is safe n clean n livable.

I only visited a restaurant for a quick lunch. It was a joke. A cold buffet. It had only rice, pilau, some fried chicken and beef. That is it! No vegetables no salads or fruits. I was the only customer during lunch time!

Stayed here for a few days. Clean rooms and friendly employees! Its very close to an area with a lot of Indians so there is some great vegetarian Indian food nearby!

Fairly central location, rooms are clean, water pressure is good, shower is hot, staff are friendly, but the breakfast leaves something to be desired but its free.

Maybe the best budget hotel in Dar Es Salaam. It is spotless clean, working AC, wonderfull staff, good restaurant and breakfast and the location is just perfect.

Clean and cheap, but without lift and nobody helped me to bring my heavy baggage to the 2nd floor.

There is the essential, clean but minimal, its good for one night, near the port for zanzibar and for going to the airport. If you order dinner, agree on the time, a very long wait, over an hour ... Even two !! The owner Eduard, is very good at organizing transport to the north in Arusha, lake manyara ...
