Cheap hotel. Good location. Spacious room. Good shower water pressure. Helpful staff. Loud during the day and night. Roaches and mosquitoes really bring down the score. I would not recommend until they fix that.

The good:Of all the hotels I have stayed in Tanzania and all of Africa, for some reason this hotel had the most friendly and also helpful staff.The location is nice: within 10 to 20m and 3000 to 6000 Shilling you can go almost any where in the city. Right across the road is a hospital for covid tests.The rooms are large enough for the price.The gym is niceThe not so good (but ok given the price):The hotel itself is not air conditioned, only the rooms - so, whenever you leave your room,you feel the heat.The breakfast will make you full, but is nothing special.There is a very faint smell of sewage in the pool area as noted by others; however I would not say worse than what you would expect in any large city in a frontier economy country.

Hotel is good.Rooms also good.Car Parking available here. Receptionist is very helpful. All staff is nice guys ... Free Wi-Fi available here .. This hotel location is very nice. And main market is just distance.. I am traveling first time India to Tanzania and stayed here ... Overall experience was gooood. Love you Tanzania ..........Love you Dar es Salam

Its simply a TERRIBLE hotel...it smells of mold and pee...they try to cover the smell by cleaning with bleach...which makes it worse...the service people are completely unprofessional...the management team is rude...

I dont know if only rooms have been in are not worth the money or all rooms....I dont even know if the hotel has room service 😏this my 3rd time at this hotel and nothing Amazing here I thought theyve changed..

Cool Mall a lot of shops with different cartegories

Cost for room is high but their services are very poor, some of their assets are malfunction e. g tv not working, AC remote control not working.

The staff was amazing especially one Anthony Beatuc who made our stay awesome by taking us round the town. The hotel a state of the art gym and it is a convenient location. The only issue is to improve on the cleanliness of the rooms.

The place currently is dull... Not happening like before. If you compate it today to the last 5 years i think there is a slowness movement of people towards the area taking into account i have visited the place on weekend.

A cut above for about the average dollar. The apartments are clean functional and well located. Gym facility is a huge plus..its a commercial gym so for the discerning FITNESS traveller, this one should be on your list

Fashion design shops are amazing

Its ok if you have work around the area otherwise its a bit too far from the main town and beach. The Room is basic to say the least and i had to make sure i got a room with a working Air conditioner. TV is basic as everything else. Breakfast is ok, again basic to say the least. Would have changed hotels if i was staying longer in Dar es Salaam.

I love the homely feel, big rooms and the fact that everything you need is within walking distance. Its not so expensive. Try the gym too, very well equipped

Enjoyed the stay at the hotel it is located at a vantage location. The facilities such as the pool and the gym are amazing the staff was great especially Anthony Beatuc who is very courteous and polite.

Good place to be with the family, located withing a shopping complex too, so you can go window shopping or buy what you need without stress. The banquet hall is excellent and budget too. Try it.

Amazing view and rooms

Has gym and swimming pool in the property and also some restaurants in and outside the property campus. Supermarket nearby. Can be a good option to stay for at a cheaper cost when compared to 5 star rates
