Nice place with Royal workers especially those receptionists Hadija, Zaniah, Rehema together with Mr, Vasco..Also good rooms with all services, Mr. Athuman..I enjoyed local meals with cocktails..I will be back soon early June for next vacation

Today the 6th of Feb 2018..i booked a room in this hotel and checked out after 15 minutes.When i got to my room i saw condoms (safari condoms if am not wrong) in there .although not used condoms but condoms in the room!!!I just dont wanna say what went through my head.. You can do that for meThe black lady that attended to me at the reception today was very very rude..I was there last month and i slept there last night but todays receptionist was very bad even after telling her that there were condoms in the room and no bathing soap which they normally provide for visitors she was looking at me like what are you telling me!! 🙄She even refused to give me the visitors book so i can write down my comments before i checked out...i saw the book on the counter when i checked out in the morning but now it was nowhere to be found...TO THE MANAGEMENT:OK whoever that black lady is ( there were two ladies.. One big with light complexion and that black one wearing some cheap fake gold chains )Whoever that lady is to that hotel..she is not worth it to tarnish the reputation of this beautiful hotel that i twice enjoyed the stay and was planning to enjoy every month i visit Tanzania..Thank you soo much.. Hope you will do the necessary adjustments.. Thank you again.

Located at the centre of Kariakoo market, it is a convenient place if doing shopping and want to stay closeby. Nice and budget rooms too. Single for 35,000, double for 45,000 and room for 60,000.

Rooms are neat and good. The location rather basty as it is right in the heart of the Dar-es-Salaam trade centre...Kariakoo. so it is an ideal place for all those travelling on Business to Dar!!The design of the bathroom is rather weird. Toilet seat is usually wait from the U.S. if the shower. The stepping is also a risk hazard. Watch Out!!The location of the hotel in the heart of Kariakoo means being woken up by the citations from the mosque besides the noise from the motor engines and people walking the streets.The staff are making every effort to converse in English. Remember this is a Swahili speaking country and English is really a foreign language. Do be surprised when they take long to understand you... They never mean to be rude. It is just the language barrier

My backpack got stolen from my room on the 8th floor while I was having breakfast. The thief had a keycard to enter. The hotel did NOTHING and even accused me of lying. It appears to be an inside job. The cameras were not operational. 1 month later NOTHING had changed.
