Was okay for one night. Older hotel. I couldnt flush my toilet and my sink didnt drain properly without removing the middle piece. Staff very helpful. Love how they have room service for food 24hrs. Room very spacious. Pool, gym all the needed amenities

Went there for a one day meeting. The conference room was clean well lit and the air condition kept the room cool. Internet connection was also stable. The staff are helpful and refreshments along with lunch provided was decent and filling. The only downside is a lack of parking for short term visitors, though I am sure they can arrange secure parking for stay over guests.

This hotel was among our best experiences in Tanzania. For the price we paid, it was the best, with the nicest staff, good food, nice pool. We found peace here after a hectic month.

Me and my colleagues had dinner here, upon our arrival, the ground floor was full - no table was available and it was very noisy. Thankfully we were asked to go to the first floor where there was à la carte service. The food was delicious and very well made, but the whole place seemed a bit run down and had nothing special except from the food.

The views from my room was spectacular and hotel was very accommodating with an exceptional waiting staff. My only grip was with the shower in my room.

I stayed here 4 nights with my husband and my mom. We got the executive suite so that she could have a private bed. The place was decent however, there were a few hangups.Cons: 1. The room had a stinch of roach/bug spray as we entered. 2. The hotel notified us of a scheduled fumigation during our stay. Im happy for the effort to keep pests under control (because there were some small roaches and even one came from the electric kettle when my husband went to make tea). 3. Breakfast was included in the stay but, on the first two mornings we came down for breakfast multiple people would ask us over and over what room we were staying in. My mom became very irritated on the 2nd morning when three people asked her what room she was staying in in less than five minutes. So, the following mornings I chose not to go down for breakfast because I didnt want to say anything rude if they continued to ask all throughout breakfast. 4. Laundry service is ridiculously expensive. I would never pay that amount to ANYONE. I wish there was a self serve laundryroom. So, unfortunately we had to pack our dirty clothes and take it with us. 5. The driveway to get to the hotel parking lot was horrific. I have a vehicle that I recently purchased here in Tanzania and my vehicle was scratched (by bushes) from the front end all the way to the rear because the driveway was so narrow due to cars parked along side the ONLY way into the parking lot and we were trying to avoid hitting the vehicles. Furthermore, the parking attendent for the business building tried to make us pay for parking because she didnt believe we were exiting from the hotel. I know that this is not the hotels fault but guests need to be prepared for what they will endure when coming and going from the hotel if they are driving. Driveway situation may improve due to the roadway currently under construction.Pros: 1. The staff was very nice and Christopher and Mohammed were exceptionally very helpful. 2. The administrator (boss) was very caring and checked in on our experience. 3. Theres hot water, theres Air-conditioning and the food was good. 4. There are banks, ATMs, stationary (for printing), drivers license place and other useful businesses downstairs.

Comfort rooms, staff are friendly and professional and breakfast was delicious. Located in a good position from town centre.

We only stayed here a few hours because we arrived in the middle of the night. Very easy to communicate with the hotel, the driver picked us up from the airport (even though we were early). Very nice and helpful staff.Nice breakfast, the pool looked nice (did not have time to try it). And the room was very big! Felt nice and spacious. The room was a bit dated, but for the price this was amazing. ATMs right outside the hotel so you can easily withdraw cash. Bajaji and taxis outside. The hotel staff will help you find a suitable taxi.

The cleaning is not the best. From the dining room tables to the rooms. We arrived at the hotel and had to call housekeeping for fresh linen. Definitely unchanged linen. The good thing about the hotel is the breakfast they offer, its very homely and variety.

I like this hotel coz it’s reasonably priced. The rooms are clean. Loved the dressing gowns which are always clean and comfy to snuggle into. I like to keep fit by attending gym everyday but the gym leaves a lot to be desired. It’s really neglected and rather smelly. I hope they can improve on this.

I was invited here for a get-together hosted by a very dear friend. I was astonished to see the experience the hospitality, services, customer service rendered.The staff went out of the way to accommodate whatever I requested. All my queries and requests were answered with a lovely smile.The food not only smelled good it was tasty as well. The smorgasbord offered scrumptious dishes. I would love to visit again.

Always smiling and friendly staff. They are so helpful. The room is clean and large enough. Only bad experience is about the a la carte, that even it is delicious, the course comes so late, every time not at least than 1 hour. But thanks for everything, it was so nice to stay there

Needs functional maintanance system on wall paints and fumigation. Otherwise a very good place to spend your precious time.

Breakfast is good with many varieties. The building seems to be old with little effort to refurbish. No mosquito nets in rooms, I was concerned about malaria. Shower room not clean enough and took too long to start flowing hot water, disposable sandals in rooms could be a better option.

Friendly staff, dysfunctional establishmentA bit going on here. Hotel is in a decent location. 15min drive to Oyster Bay area/Coco Beach. Hotel amenities are about 75% marked up from other areas. Expect to pay double or more for food than what you would pay just a block away. Breakfast is ok at best. The wifi is non existent, completely. The TV has 11 channels, 2 did not work. On our first night in our room we had to call for an additional towel. Then found that there was no water to shower. Waited 20mins for staff to fix it, then there was no hot water for 30mins.Day 2, housekeeping took our towels around 1245p. We asked for replacements, which were taken from the room next door. The towels were gone by mid afternoon. We had to call to get towels later that evening.Day 3, housekeeping came at 9a to take towels. They do not exchange towels, only take. We refused until we were ready. Later that day we had to call for a towel.Day 4, we asked for a do not disturb sign at around 645a. We were told there arent any available right now, maybe later... We were disturbed 2x before they brought the sign. Once in which housekeeping actually walked into our room while we were trying to sleep.Instead of buying more towels. They outsource their laundry, it goes out before noon but doesnt return until after rush hour, maybe 6p.Check out:We booked months in advance, with credit card. We knew the charges and had that set aside. They never took the payment. We were told the CC machine was broken when we inquired. On check out day, they agree we can use the card (this was supposed to be already processed). SURPRISE theres a 5% fee for using a credit card.

Very disappointed. Food at the restaurant was restless..what you see is not what you get. AC not working..bathroom tiles full of mould n dirty marks in the shower area...overall the proce is not worth the stay..customer services is very good and ready to help at any point

Great!First time visited this place and had great time.I enjoyed my 3 night 4 day stay @ this hotel. The room was clean and spacious, the staff was friendly and available immediately for room service, and I would definitely stay here again.The outdoor pool was nice, had breakfast and dinner at coastal grill restaurant. The breakfast was awesome and free wifi save some money for not buying internet.Liked their complementary drinks and snacks.

The WiFi is not working at all during the entirety of my stay; staff keeps making lame excuses about tomorrow, tomorrow. Dont trust a word they say, its never going to change.Breakfast is mediocre at best, cant even get a decent coffee.Bathrooms have no power outlet, and look like construction sites - everything is covered in cement residue, stickers and tags have not been removed from mirrors, tiles and appliances.Rooms themselves are ok.Edit: Just tried the TV for the first time... Guess what - there is no satellite connection. This place is a joke.

Worse experience, went to the 2nd floor. Acs are not working, we were okay, wanted the power source so that we could use our computer while drinking, this Indian manager instructed his officer not to give us extension cable. Horrible
