People can rent the place for weddings, for birthdays, there is enough parking, also for people who like sports like football and swimming Lamada is the best place for you to go there and experience how good it is to play at night and swim at night.

Big venues, The apartments need renovation, very dirty toilets ,the food was below standards to what i expected

Well, its an apartment. And local ways and customs taken into consideration its not very good. What gives them 2 stars instead of just 1 in my book, is the well working a/c in every room.But its old, dirty and worn out. I wouldnt have the stomach to cook in the kitchen there, not even put as much as a cup into the cupboards there.The beds are so squeaky that turning on the other side at night results in the awakening of the entire apartment.

The worst services, the rooms are unsanitary, the toilets are even worse. No mosquitos nets and there are alot of mosquitos by the way. And the lady who was attending us was very rude. Please work on this.

The external part is good and taken good care of. The apartments need to be improved slightly! There are basic things which need maintenance like bathroom taps, hot water taps, plus provide utensils, a bit of fumigation from time to time to eliminate all the insects other wise their staff members are very nice & friendly

It is a very nice place. There are nice rooms and apartments.Within the apartment there are two bed rooms, furnished sitting room with a television and a furnished kitchen. All the rooms and sitting room have AC, which is very good given that Dar is very hot.The only challenge I faced is electricity. Because of the electrical appliances present it is very trick on how balance the given units of electricity per day.

The place needs to be modified as there are some rooms looking too old and unqualified....paints are peeling off too... Actually there is need of modification

This is hotel and apartments. It’s one of the cheapest in town. Two rooms all self contained, a lounge, dinning and kitchen it costs TZS 50,000/= (~USD 20) per day. It’s ideal for long stays with families. The apartments are fully furnished. Their is conferences and halls. Parking is adequate with full security. In the apartments you may make your own foods or you may order from kitchen. Food are delicious. Don’t forget there is also a shop with LAMADA Hotel. It’s just 5 minutes to Kariakoo and 10 minutes to Dar Es Salaam City Centre.

This place is very nice for kids and even parents there different sports swimming, football etc

The view is nice however in terms of ceremonial place they have dirty toilets.

Poor hospitality from the receptionists. The room was dirty, A/c wasnt working, heater wasnt working and the bed mattress wasnt comfy at all. Please make some changes!

Lamada Hotel and Apartments is very close to a shopping centre of the City that is Kariakoo. Is also not far from Dar es Salaam port so if youve a journey to Zanzibar you can easily pick a boat on time. The place itself is the home of nice food, beverages, snakes, etc....

Value for money, your home away from home. The apartments are great and comfortable and air conditioned through out. Avoid the single rooms though.

At Ilala District in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania along Mkwawa Road joining Magomeni and Ilala/Buguruni junction very close to Dar es Salaam Regional Commissioners office. Again from Magomeni Mapipa trafick lights on the left theres a very big mosque and on the right theres a famous petrol station. Advancing further to Ilala you come to Kigogo round about straight to Msimbazi basin (Bonde la Mto Msimbazi) after which theres a VERY FAMOUS MSIMBAZI ROMAN CATHOLIC CHURCH. GOOGLE needs to note these spots for Google guides IMPROVEMENTS! Past the church on the right theres a road that head to Bill Gates Blood bank funded project to Tanzania Gvt. At some point Google MUST not restrict local inputs if it aims to help people.
