Its a 3 star hotel in Kinondoni around 1.5 km from morocco terminal.The staff is good.Rooms are generally small.In my room bedside lights werent working at all..and one focus lamp kept on flickering till my 15 days tenure here even after complaining multiple times it didnt got repaired.During covid times there kitchen is off but staff was courteous enough to arrange food provided 1 hr gap in ordering and delivering food.Minor issues are always there but over all its a good property to stay without keeping much expectations.

Good rooms , but there is much noise

Generally good customer service, other than than that its really a horrible place. No hot shower. I couldnt regulate the AC. Towels were unclean. Some lights in the shower couldnt tuen off and peoole can literally see you through as you bathe as a result. Not going back there again. Pls fix.

Nemax hotel contain accommodation, bar and restaurant. It allocated mwinyi juma road opposite kim classic wear. It rooms are self container with comfortable bed. Room services are great. Price are moderate for a person to spend a night at this hotel. Its restaurant menu have variate of foods from breakfast,lunch and dinner. Its a good place for romantic dinner and cool place for short meeting. Also its bar contain local and international beverages. Its got standby generator. Its a cool hotel in town..

Looking good externally,but impaired facilities iside,its location makes it useful for shorttime users, when in your side room you can hear noise from other tenants in other rooms,for example the time I was there there were tenants making love in the other rooms n there was lots of screaming!! Improve that

A very good location for connectivity to the CBD, a really active surrounding settlement, external outdoor spaces could make it perfect. Im enjoyed my stay

Hotel strategically located a few meters away from the highway. It is classy and cost-friendly. The rooms are so tiny. Fit for only one person

Cheap, low grade Chinese finishing.Can be noisy if one sleeps on the rooms located on the road side due to its closeness to Mwinyijuma road...Deserves a one star.. :-(
