Very small place, rooms are very dark and dated, bad smell from 1 of the rooms. The food was OK, its a cozy place it just looks abandoned and needs a lot of renovations. The beach is not very good either, theres nothing to do in the area as its in the middle of a local area.

Its not easy to rate this accommodation as the owner is really nice and helpful. But in my opinion, the place is a bit overpriced and worn out. The beach is rocky and rough and its not very suitable for swimming. Thats for the bad. Fortunately, the place is clean, the staff is nice, the food is really tasty and the views from the bar are great. Because of the very helpful owner I was considering giving this property 4 stars but to stay objective, Im giving it 3.

The best hotel for the budget, my honeymoon was unforgettable although short. Me and my wife will definitely reserve it next time Im in Zanzibar.

Nice quiet place. Pity it took a huge knock during the hight of the Covid 19 pandemic and was almost on the brink of closure. The owner is interesting and very helpful. The place needs quite a bit of maintenence. The beach front is dirty and not a welcome sight. Pity as it could be great.

What an unforgettable experience we have had. This has to be one of the most beautiful countries we have visited, with warm and kind-hearted, welcoming people. The beauty of the beaches, the wildlife and local life is something we will not be forgetting anytime soon. We stayed at Imani Beach Villa Resort in Bububu for 5 nights - the only complaint we had was that it wasn’t long enough! An authentic and beautiful location and facilities run by Yousef and his loving family who went over and above to accommodate us. From massages on the beach, drinks on the rooftop bar looking at the sunset, lounging around eating freshly caught fish to arranging trips, taxis and days out to places you would never go as a ‘normal’ tourist - this family and it’s kind attentive staff were always there at our beck and call. The rooms were cleaned everyday and were exclusive with good internet access and warm showers. Mosquito nets were provided, as well as bug spray and towels. The entertainment was superb - from family games at the restaurant/bar to a huge BBQ with local dancers and entertainers (including fire breathing) was breathtaking and something for everyone to enjoy. You truly feel apart of a family here and the interaction with the other guests and locals is something you would never get in a big hotel resort. I cannot recommend Yousef and his beautiful home enough. The only thing I can say to show my gratitude is thank you and we will definitely see you again!

Best oceanfront on the west coast of Zanzibar. Excellent food and atmosphere. Highly recommend. My stay is lovely. I came from London I will return many times. I love Hope the amputee dog.

The best place in Zanzibar. Calm, tranquil, and absolutely blissful. Food was delicious, the guy who runs the place is amazing, and the nearby locals are super friendly. Rooms were very clean and staff was amazing as well. 12/10

A cute and cozy place near of Fuji beach . Very nice restaurant , they made a delicious food for us and also a barbecue in the evening with local music band and fire ...the owners are very kind and friendly and we love their dog called Hope 😆😆😆

The villa is run by a couple of very kind Egyptians, very nice, nice enough but with lots of improvements to do, very good food, I recommend it to those looking for support to visit the city while remaining in a corner of relaxation and silence on the sea!
