It is a pretty cool place and really chill atmosphere. The waiter is really kind and helpful. The food fresh and it is one of the best we have had here.

Our experience in Kole Kole was not good. We ordered a few things from the menu, however after waiting for an hour, we got what they had (not what we ordered), without explanation (waiter didnt really speak English, so that could be an excuse). And what we got was below average. Besides that, we loved the place, politeness...

Wow, its amazing restaurant around matemwe is located behind the Zanzibar retreat, tamani foundation and sunshine .we stayed two weeks in matemwe and spending all the time in this restaurant to have launch and dinner. We had delicious food and nice service all the time.

A very small but fine local restaurant. We had fresh tuna with salad and it was really tasty.Price-performance was right.Always happy.

Very good local restaurant which was a few meters from our hotel. We tasted a very good fried squid with rice. We also wanted to drink coconut juice (which was not available on the menu). The staff kindly fetched two coconuts from the seller next door. Beyond that, we spent two hours chatting with Nahuda (the waiter) who told us the story of the area, the country and lots of anecdotes. Very good time and beautiful meeting !!

Ordered squid with potatoes and chickenThe squid was brought, but it was impossible to eat, it was even more difficult to chew. The chicken had one bone and almost no meat. One star can be given only for cooking speed and price. Prices in this restaurant are lower than usual. DO NOT SEE AT LOW PRICES, do not spoil your mood !!

Very good address where you know how to take your time. A small local restaurant that changes standard hotel tables. Hearty and well-prepared dishes (especially the fish), with a bit of a wait but this allows you to take advantage of the appetizers kindly offered and the typical setting. For dessert, beautiful fruit plates offered by the house. Very friendly exchanges with the team. In short, a nice place for 1 lunch or 1 dinner in the village of Matemwe!
