Very comfortable rooms (although not directly on the beach) with birds and bush babies in the trees. The staff are very friendly and the place is always kept clean. Absolutely delicious breakfast!

We were in Kiwengwa 5 days and this restaurant was for sure the best in the area. Fresh sea food done really correct way, amazing coctails and nice staff. Really the best food in the area with reasonable prices

Nice place but the service is often disturbing the peace

Bahati villa is located on beach in Kiwengwa. The village is still developing and it still feels very remote and virgin. The owner is Italian and has a great chef with impressive skills in the kitchen. The sea food pastas are very good. The rooms are clean, spacious, tastefully decorated, and reasonably priced for what’re getting.

Quiet environment where you can relax to the maximum with a wide white beach where you can take long walks. Excellent hospitality, thanks to the owner Pina and her collaborators: the breakfast girl always smiling and kind at the end of the holiday had by now learned our tastes without having to ask! At the Leonardo restaurant, very nice and very helpful, he prepares delicious cocktails. Gipson always ready to solve any request is very kind. The cleaning girl who every day made new decorations on the bed with flowers and towels and the room always clean. Absolutely to go back, it was like being at home in a heavenly place!

The best, the staff. Gibson, the owner, was charming and made us feel welcome at all times. Then Youssef, who was in charge of the restaurants, was an extraordinary person, a person 10. One of the best breakfasts we have had in Zanzibar, first they put us pasta with Nutella and pineapple jam made by them, then eggs with Sausage, and bread, and finally they gave us watermelon, pineapple and papaya. All accompanied with coffee and a delicious juice of watermelon with ginger .. The hotel is in front of the beach and the rooms are very new and there are staff cleaning all the hotel area at all times. We had a stay of 10.

We stayed 2 days in kiwengwa and decided to stop at the bahati villa, we had a great time, very nice location one minute from the beach, welcoming and attention to detail, we were very satisfied, the owner Pina, an exceptional woman, helpful, generous it may lead you to come back another time ..

To start with the room is terrible, dirty everywhere. Then the bathroom where the water barely reaches if you can flush the toilet. Indeed the location is good but much too touristy for my taste. Good point: the breakfast very good and very generous. In short, this for 100 € (250,000 TZS) is much too expensive and unpleasant.

I recommend the Bahati Villa because it is a small resort with a family atmosphere.Simple rooms but equipped with everything you need and features in theme with what is Zanzibar.Breakfast restaurant terrace overlooking the sea, beautiful panorama.Tables set every day in a different way and with attention to detail.Unfortunately I did not enjoy the private beach very much because I am always on an excursion but I think that relaxing on the sun beds would have been worth trying (maybe next time).Thanks to Mrs. Pina who made us experience this wonderful holiday and thanks to her advice on the excursions proposed.And thanks to all the staff for the courtesy and kindness of each of them.Monica and Enzo

We spent 9 nights from 11/25 to 3/12 2018. It was an unforgettable vacation also thanks to Pina and Alex, wonderful people. Hotel with excellent reception, good Italian and Zanzibar cuisine. Family service and always available and friendly. It was for us one of the rare times that we left with regret to leave fantastic people of whom we already feel much nostalgia. We will definitely return.

We booked a house for 5 people and when we arrived the very unfriendly man (owner?) Informed us that he gave the house to 2 Italians because they stay 1 week and we only stay 3 nights and he gave us one last night E-mail written . By the way we are offered 2 double rooms without kitchen and everything we should share to 5th. NEVER AGAIN!
