Perfect views! , a great place for a peaceful rest, excellent food, the sound of the ocean... great homely atmosphere. if you dont appreciate the closeness of nature and the smell of African wood it means you are lost (only in Tibet MAYBE they can save you ). but if everything is well with you, you will find yourself here a lot.The wonderful and helpful staff will give you a lesson of POLE POLE. as for me 11/10

The best hotel in the island.Rooms are spacious and the decor is lovely. Food is insanely delicious, lots of choice in the menu (best lobster I ever had!), staff is super friendly, polite and they work extra hard to ensure you get what you ask for. Entertainment at the hotel is incredible, you really feel the Zanzibar vibe. Everyone dances, laughs, and have fun together!The hotel offers lots of activities and water sports.Massage spot and outdoor pool is overlooking the ocean, private beach with swings and hammocks, shade area...I highly recommend this hotel, I had the best experience and I will definitely be back in there.

My boyfriend and I had a lovely stay here at Zanzibella. The hotel and the rooms look amazing with nice small details such as your bed made up with flowers.Also the staff are super nice and so helpfull. They really made sure we had the best time!Because of my vegan lifestyle it can be difficult to eat abroad but luckily everything could be arranged so I can eat as well. The food was great.We would definity come back if we can.

If you are looking for a beautiful boutique hotel, a peaceful and relaxing getaway then Zanzibella is your place. The hotel has a very friendly and caring staff, who always greet you with a smile and are happy to assist with whatever you need. In A la carte menu everyone will find something for themselves. The room was very spacious and clean. The property has stable WiFi which helps a lot, especially for those working remotely! I will be back soon!

I cant express enough how happy I am that Ive chosen Zanzibella Hotel and Spa. Ive never meet so many amazing people in one place! The whole team was super friendly and very helpful whenever I had a question. The hotel is newly opened, so theres a few details that need to be improved but that definitely didnt affect my stay, the room looked really stylish and clean! I definitely have to mention evenings with live, traditional Zanzibar music and dancers! Unforgettable experience! And also, delicious food deserves 10/10 points. Ive tried almost all meals from A la carte menu and couldnt decide which one is my favourite! Definitely recommend this beautiful place! Asante sana for everything, Zanzibella 🙏

Hi!We are Naomi and Krisztian from Hungary!First off all I have to tell that is our second time here in Zanzibar and we love it because is still wild most of the places and not overcrowded like any other well known places.Zanzibella hotel is a brand new hotel in Kiwengwa so everything is still shiny with really nice design.Because we been on the island before we know the standards here so i have to tell you that here they really have hot water and working Internet even on the beach which here is a really big thing trust me.For the staff i cant find words...unbelievable how kind they were but you would see...here you would get a lot off attention and smiles,trust me!The room cleaning is spotless again without any exaggeration the best Ive seen on the island!Breakfast amazing...not just eggs,pancakes and juice!You have a lot off possibilities to have fun here even in the pool which has a bar or I tried the sup board and the electric beach bike was really fun.The management is very helpful even with extreme requirements.Robert and Marta you cant surprise them they would solve anything for you!Overall i truly recommend the place!Thank you guys!

The best choice I could make when flying to Zanzibar. The hotel is new, well-kept, clean rooms, equipped with a fridge and a small kitchen. In addition, in the evening, the agent is sprayed in the rooms (nice smell) so that no mosquitoes can make the night uncomfortable. The restaurant staff are always smiling and ready to accept the order. Managers Marta and Robert give over 100% of each other to guarantee tourists a sense of security and entertainment. It is possible to rent scooters, sup, kayaks and bicycles on site. Delicious food, various. Fruit always fresh. Clean pool overlooking the ocean.The island is big, but I know I will come back, its only Zanzibella

The ugliest holiday of my life!And this due to the hotel and the very poor prifexienality of the staff directives, which are incompetent, which from the impression that are there on vacation to the point that the gold office and the dining room !!! The beach full of dirt (the only one because the other hotels clean up!), Clearly missing the authority of the directors the prrsonale. He does as he wants.

Amazing place, everything modern, clean, in good taste. Spacious and well-equipped rooms. Lovely pool, nicely lit after dark. Staff very nice and helpful. Breakfast is tasty, varied, well above the hotel standard. The facility is monitored and secured. Live performances are organized in the evenings.Additionally, a birthday present in the form of champagne and fruit, for which we would like to thank you very much, it was a nice surprise :))

Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at the Zanzibella, but since the hotel only opened in January 2022, there is definitely still room for improvement in some areas.We used many services in the hotel: massages, a trip to Stone Town, diving (2x45min), rides on the beach with the hotels own e-scooters - all of these activities made us very happy.Unfortunately, there are also a few things that, in our opinion, do not suit a hotel in this price range: Instant coffee (cappuccino only for an additional charge of $3), there are no cornflakes etc. at breakfast (porridge instead), size of the Cocktails dont match the prices (Aparol spritz for $10, but only 0.2l), sometimes also odor nuisance from the sewage system in the room in the morning, tiresome signing of the bills (especially for single consumption, 20-30 receipts are quickly sent to you when you check out check together), no electronic recording and therefore many handwritten notes (we therefore had to prove the down payment, as this was not noted anywhere).The room was very spacious and was cleaned by room service twice a day. In general, the hotel complex is very clean and there are certainly enough staff available (for example, 2-3 security guards are constantly patrolling the beach). The staff at the Zanzibella is very friendly and courteous, there is absolutely nothing to criticize here.The kitchen is also highly recommended! However, instead of the buffet ($25 per person), we always opted for a la carte, for 6 nights the offer was okay. On 3 evenings, dinner was accompanied by live music, one of which was dinner right on the beach.Unfortunately, we couldnt really enjoy the beach because of the seaweed, but the pool with the pool bar made up for this shortcoming.

Hotel not to be booked if you are a fan of intimate holidays because the staff are very intrusive (they will enter your room without authorization, will take care of opening if you do not answer and will come face to face with you in the shower for example…)We did not have hot water on 4 occasions, with each request for help, no solution was brought to us. (The arrival of hot water is done by cumulus and relay of cumulus between neighboring rooms)Room not made on our arrival (trash full, brown tap water)No wifi for three days, again no solution or apology given. Two wifi networks present in the hotel including a faster and less saturated guest.Poor hotel restaurant, very little choice.Do not book if you want to enjoy the beach in front of the hotel which turns out to be totally impracticable because of the tides and hence tons of seaweed.To avoid

The hotel is brand new so there are still problems. There was a problem with our booking when we arrived, but the owner settled the error correctly. The staff and management are polite, kind and really do their best for the guests. In the evening, live music, lots of sports equipment and a scooter are available. The designed part of the beach is also beautifully designed and cared for. I would like to single out the food, which was fantastic.

Hotel przytulny, czysty, z profesjonalną, zawsze uśmiechnięta i miłą obsługą. Pokoje urządzone w nowoczesnym stylu, ale oddające klimat Afryki. Zawsze sprzątane dwa razy dziennie. Jedzenie pyszne, zarówno śniadania jak i obiadokolacje. Zawsze świeże i urozmaicone. Codziennie wypiekane pyszne pieczywo.Z hotelu wszędzie jest blisko, restauracje, dyskoteka czy centrum to zaledwie kilka minut spacerkiem po plaży. Hotel posiada swój zewnętrzny basen z cudownym widokiem na ocean🤩Właścicielka nie stworzyła hotelu tylko drugi dom dla turystów.
