We spent an unforgettable 2 weeks at the hotel. Beautiful large rooms, wonderful pool. The restaurant is excellent. They cook very delicious food. The staff is fantastic. Amina is an angel! thank you for everything. Kendwas most beautiful beach is a few steps away. Restaurants and shops nearby. A hotel to suit all needs. Strongly recommended!

The Apartment is okay I removed 1star becouse of the breakfast too small (stayed with kids)they serve 1egg for the kid which is not enough..and I suppose to go outside find something else for them ...so they breakfast kinda poor

Not a great expérience for me.The hotel reservation site register my booking but my payment by visa did not pass. Hotel called me 4 times. Eventually it worked but it was lot of time lost.I did not get the room that I booked and wa not happy with the change. Room is nonetheless spacious. Not the fault of the hotel , but there was a lotnof noise and smell coming from the outside (the road). I was in a room at the entrance if the hotel, near the road. During the day it was trafic and at night music. One lamp was not working. No moskito net around the bed. Door difficult to manœuver. No privacy, people walking around the swimming pool could see inside the room. Big shower with nice water pressure.Hotel has no beach if its own. You have to walk to the beach of another hotel. Not convenient. The pool at the hotel looks good with green vegetation but when i was there it was noisy (trafic).I asked to cancel my 2nd night but they refused. I explained that I was looking for a quiet place. They did not put me in another room (in the morning I meet other people who had stayed in the same location and had moved to the back of the hotel, apparently in the back it is quiet).Some of the people are nice other are not. The manager Moise is great. The guy at the restaurant too. The lady at the reception was not friendly.

This is already our house inZanzibar since 5 year , we love Nk Villa for the peaceful atmosphere and the beautiful staff, managers and directors. They always take care of us and give the best service. Also they have an amazing Spa and outdoor Gym ! 100% the best place in Kendwa !

This hotel took our money for a Covid cancelled trip. They took our advance money and didnt agree to credit us for a future holiday when flights possible. Moreover, they deliberately delayed their answer when contacted so that the booking term passed and we lost even more money. I do not want to let things as they are as I consider these are sly methods of doing tourism. Thanks and be careful when booking this hotel in these pandemic times even if it looks nice !

We stayed here for on our Honeymoon. The room has lovely. Its a lot quieter than the resorts on beach which is what we liked. Pool was lush. Only downside was the attached restaurant - we didnt rate it after eating there on our first night, very expensive and didnt taste very fresh. Staff tried their best though. Weve seen other reviews saying the breakfasts are not great, it was ok but could be much better considering this was the most expensive place we stayed during our 3 week stay in East Africa we were very surprised to find they only offered instant coffee, whats that all about? Also this was our second time in Zanzibar please stop trying to make it into a party island you will ruin it eventually! Despite the few negatives we would stay here again!

Super nice hotel, quiet, spacious rooms, clean and modern facilities. Within 3 mins walking from Kendwa beach and we had a bracelet to enter the private beach from the hotel in front of the beach having sunbeds, swimming pool, restaurant, toilet facilities, etc. Swimming pool of the hotel is not deep but deep enough to swim around. If ever back in Zanzibar I would definitely book there again :)

Very nice Hotel near the Kendwa Beach. In my opinio Kendwa Beach is the most nicest in Zanzibar , not so many people and lots of shezlongs and nice Beach restaurant Kendwa rockes wehre you can have whenever you wish. Kednwa villa located 5 Min walk from the beach. At your first day one of the staff members showed us how to go there and gave useful information.at Kendwa villa staff is very friendly , they are very nice and patient always willing to help.they let us to do late check out as we had a flight late at night so we could enjoy all day at the beautiful and nice swimming pool they have. we got Sultan room, once of the nicest hotel rooms I ever stayed. All is clean , the food is fresh , in the morning they will prepare the food for you an omelet or a pancake , lots of fresh juices and fruits.Near Kendwa Natural villa there are lots of restaurants , we personally liked Bistro del Mare , the italian restaurent its vert close to the hotel. I highly recommend to stay at kendwa villa because of extraordibnary service and very friendly and helpful staff. the is hihg value for the moeny you pay. I will defently come back again.

This was the best place to go!!! the pool is so relaxing and super clean. the restaurant is so amazing from Italian food and local food. The drinks are soooo natural i recommend the mango juice its the best. The rooms are so clean and when we arrived they put flowers that spelled are names it was so welcoming. The beach is in walking distance and has the best view that Ive ever seen. My friend jamila told me to go and i want to thank her or else i would be stressed out at home working. i also want to thank all the staff for making me feel at home! i totally recommend it book a room now!!!!!!! and dont forget to rate it 5 stars!!

Good place, with nice rooms and great personal. When staying at Natural Kendwa you have access to Kedwa Rocks private beach and parties.I recommend not booking a double room, they are not very nice in comparison to the rest.Breakfast is OK but nothing special.

We were looking for budget accommodation but when we saw this place we changed our minds. For a little extra cost, we slept in a wonderful room, swam in a beautiful pool and had an excellent breakfast. We couldnt be happier with our choice.

A very nice hotel with attentive staff that really make your stay a pleasure. The hotel area was really beautiful and relaxing. The hotel is small and you feel as a part of the family.

Perfect accomodation with very kind staff members, you can find here restaurant with good food and also for instance swimming pool, in my view rooms are really large and fully-equipped but this villa is not located straight on the beach so I think it is a little disadvantage

Lack of professionalism and honesty in customer serviceReport linked to covid in 2020, very complicated. They called me on D-day to find out when I was arriving, when we had postponed together!Overbilling of 1500 dollars on arrival !, VERY complicated to get reimbursed, but ok after 4 days, and not in full, given the application of a mysterious 6% tax.The tourist is considered to be a money pump. Barely arrived, despite the fatigue of the trip, you have to pay immediately. Breakfast included, but you are charged € 2 for an espresso, pathetic considering the price!The hotel is clean, the rooms spacious and the service staff very charming and helpful.Go your way, there is also good elsewhere for much less

Great hotel just 3 minutes from the most beautiful beach on the island. The complex is really nicely designed and the service and breakfast are really great. We just didnt understand why you werent allowed to eat on the upper floor of the restaurant with a view of the sea in the evening. In addition, on the last day we were refused to exchange the towels because they were still ok (they were wet, sandy and salty) but otherwise the accommodation is really recommendable, especially at this price.

Great stay in this Hotel, we had to stay 2 nights and we extended our stay by 3 more nights in September! Nothing is too much trouble for Amina, Queens and all the staff. They are really welcoming people. Beautiful hotel, very clean! Spacious room, clean pool, very well-kept garden. The breakfast is the best of our stay in Tanzania. Really the restaurant is incredible we have eaten there very often because it is really very good.

Intimate hotel, the rooms are well decorated although a little dark (for my Karibu room). Some finishes to review such as a plug that has a false contact, a lamp that does not work, and maybe it could be good to camouflage the wires of the streetlights lying on the ground but nothing too disturbing. The staff are very nice, however sometimes a little too pushy to sell us spa services. The restaurant is good, I really enjoyed myself but the quantities are not very generous for the price. Small problem with the breakfast which is only served between 8 am and 10 am It is very short if you go on an excursion at 8 am you cannot have lunch and the same if you get up a little late ... too bad.Last minus concerning the cleaning of the rooms, which is, it seems to me done all day, I was surprised to find myself woken up by the cleaning ladies when I was sleeping (although adorable) to clean the room….Overall good hotel with beautiful architecture to stay in Kendwa but some service improvements can be made.

The place is a bomb, the service is like you are the president of this country! Cloth napkins, its a pity to get so white soiled. A humane price tag if you bring your own fish, we took tuna from fishermen.Minus one there are no louvers and bakes mercilessly after dinner, but a view of the ocean over the houses. So far the best place Ive found here.

Andrea and Alessia, the owners, are two perfect hosts, their structure, a few steps from the sea, really deserves a visit. The Villa, composed of several buildings arranged around the swimming pool, is perfectly inserted in the context of the place in a well-kept garden. Breakfast on the terrace always served with big smiles is worth the trip, the service is impeccable. Raccomandatissimo!

Simply perfect!!! Despite the numerous positive reviews we had read before we left, we were nevertheless pleasantly surprised and satisfied with our choice upon our arrival. The Natural Kendwa Villa is the perfect property from all points of view. The environment is quiet and familiar, with attention to every single detail, the rooms are very spacious, tastefully furnished and equipped with every comfort (safe, mini bar, air conditioning and fans, hair dryer, courtesy set, electric kettle with tea and coffee, equipped veranda, clothesline ... the Italian management is recognizable!). Excellent cleaning.Another strong point of this structure is the location. It is in fact located a stones throw from the sea on one of the most beautiful beaches on the island and, above all, not to be underestimated, not subject to the tides. The agreement with Kendwa Rocks also allows you to take advantage of sunbeds and umbrellas on the beach. This is a huge room that includes a huge shower, several seating areas inside and outside the room (by the pool), a fully equipped kitchen that can also be very suitable for kosher keepers who want to prepare independently.
