I was taken there on the 21st of January by a taxi driver named Juma who charged me 40,000 Tanzania shillings for the 15 minute tripGodfrey the receptionist was pleasant and took me to a downstairs inside room which was not well maintained or prepared.I was let down so many times by its owners, their family and staff.The last straw was when one of their staff Mukwama called the escarie/ soldiers on me.

Very nice place to stay in the center of Stones town. Prices are between 11$ and 50$. Its clean, quiet and the staff is very helpful and friendly. Also they have cosy huge dormitory wich is perfect for school classes, sports team,.etc.. will definitely return there:))

Super nice low budget bungalows. Staff is nice. We felt very safe and cozy. We forgot something and it was still there on the way back. Super nice. A bit musty, but great for the price. Thanks a lot :-)

If looking for a simple and basic place to transit into or spend a few nights within the town confines, this could be a quick option.

Amazing service - the staff goes above and beyond. Its an incredible price, and while there may not be AC (theres fans), for the money that you pay its a great deal. The staff were friendly and relaxed, and helped our large group so well, despite us having a million different requests and keeping on changing our minds. This is a very welcoming atmosphere and not far from the beach. Would absolutely recommend. The downsides are that the bathrooms are not beautiful and that the toilet paper is not always refilled very quickly. But otherwise great!

Relatively cheap hostel, located close to the center of Stone Town, with different room options. Clean rooms and dormitory. WiFi available at almost all the places. You can have your clothes washed for an extra fee.

Quiet place to home up in stone town. Staff are friendly and their breakfast is good. Just remember to bring along a mosquito spray or repellent. You can contact them for various activities happening in Zanzibar. Its also within a walking distance from the port and forodhani square. Simply put, its right in the heart of stone town.

Breakfast isnt nice at all. No viarity. .Towels are not clean. Its an ok place for a night or two nights. Wi-Fi worked most of the time.

The worst hotel ever. We booked and paid for the rooms yet they sold our rooms before we got there. Upon arriving we had no rooms. It was a mess

Great sea, old alleyways, lively people .. Its hard to find a way, but it will be a pretty memory here. The hostel is hard to find the road but it is okay if you get used to it. To use Wi-Fi, you should be careful of the raids of mosquitoes and be careful of the service. My laundry comes back with the scent of the mop.
