A great place to stay, especially if you are a scuba diver! A 2 minute walk from One Ocean Dive shop, and the Freddie Mercury Museum! The staff is too notch, my room was cleaned immaculately every day. All amenities such as AC, fridge,TV, and WiFi worked perfectly during my stay. And wonderful hot water showers. I will definitely be staying here again.

Nice hotel next to old fortress and Forodhani park with clean rooms and small but cute swimming pool on top. Breakfast si very nice , better choice for many hotels in Stone town. Bathroom is little bit old

It is located at the city centre of unguja island ( stone town) very close to forodhan open space . The hotel is served with delicious food cuisines , well served by number of hotel staffs & it has a good environment. Mostly special abt the place is located at tourist area closely to a sea view.

A very pleasant experience. This hotel is true old town Zanzibar in all aspects and the accommodations are a good buy. Not on the Indian ocean, but just beside the old fort. Great roof top view of the fort, House of Wonders and the ocean.

Very nice hotel in indian colonial style with stylish massive wooden furniture. Location is perfect and there is a pool on the roof. Staff was very nice and super friendly but I would advise you to write them everything on the paper as forgetting is their second business (eg forgetting to order taxi). Water in the shower was always very hot and it was a little bit hard to shower in hot as hell water, I dont know if there was some problem but the boiler was off all the time. We enjoyed this hotel and we can definitely recommend to friends.

Very happy with our stay at this hotel. The location opposite the Fort is excellent, and we were lucky to stay in room 305 with a balcony and view over the Fort. Breakfast was plentiful, rooftop pool refreshing if a little small, and the man who checked us in was very friendly (though other staff are less so). Good value for the price point in Stone Town.

Nice and clean place. Rooms and bathrooms are spacious. There is small pool on the roof. Hotel service is helpful and view on fort is really nice :)One minus for stuff not telling us where to start water heater (it was not marked in the room) and we had to use cold shower...

When you are on the road its good to find somewhere that makes you feel at home. I ran past forodhani Park hotel my second day in stonetown. Something about it attracted me . The location and the exterior it was just looked appealing. I booked three nights first, ended up staying 7 nights. The team is amazing, very accommodating. Breakfast components varied every day. They helped me carry my really heavy suitcase to the 4th floor. There is a rooftop with a good view of the old Fort. I like it.

A hotel I would always come back to when Im in Stonetown. Its clean, the workers are polite, the rooms are big and nice, the breakfast is great, its perfectly placed in the center and close to the beach, you have a parking place in front of the hotel and a pool on the rooftop, which is perfect for a night swim when its too hot. And Abdul the owner is just a wonderful and nice person. I was there three times in 2 months, nothing to complain. So all in one it was just perfect for me 🤗 thank you guys for having me. Confortable bedroom with air-conditioning, nice pool on rooftop and good breakfast. The place could be improved though: The common areas lack hugely of charm and the rooftop feels empty. Be aware, that they do not offer any alcoholic beverages in the menu at the hotel.

Acceptable hotel in Stonetown city. Just to be enough time into the city. Clean rooms, air cooler, fan and fridge inside the rooms. Acceptable breakfast, tricky staff management, they tried to increase the transportation rate agreed once the taxi arrived.

Our stay at the hotel was very pleasant. Staff members are very friendly and helpful. Excellent breakfast. Situated within the old Stone Town so all sight seeing was within walking distance.

Decent hotel with a decent price! We stayed here for only 1 night before moving to Jambiani. Room was big and comfy, breakfast was okay, fruits, toast, tee, coffee. Totally worth it!

Really amazing staff who speak good English. Hotel room is very clean and nice. Food is tasty and lunch/dinner is make from order with quite cheap prices.

Close to night market, as well as Fredy Mercury House and craft markets. Reasonable breakfast, helpful people serving you. Rooms are large but no chairs to sit.

I think its very important to sort any issues promptly. The hotel is lovely. However we had a problem with our booking not going through - they promptly found us a new hotel and covered the extra expense themselves. I would recommend this hotel company.

Great value for money. Ideally located, located right in front of the only a one minute walk from forodhani gardens, the streets of stone town, Freddie mercury house, ATM and many other tourist attractions. Extremely friendly staff. My sister had food poisoning and they heard her throwing up and she got a call from the reception right away asking if she needed something.The manager Ebraheem is extremely accommodating and makes sure your stay is perfect! He is present at the hotel everyday and is there to greet you with a smile! It felt like home to us!
