Words cannot express how much I loved this hotel! I have always been a fan of boutique hotels but a beachfront hotel with an amazing infinity pool, with delicious food and lovely stuff, not to count that incredible shade of blue that The Indian Ocean has in Jambiani was way above my expectations.We were supposed to stay before at Fun Beach Hotel but before our arrival it burned to the ground and we were so happy to find a few days availability at Casa del Mar.I believe it was the coziest hotel I have ever stayed in and me and two of my friends I traveled with enjoyed every second spent there.The breakfast was exquisite and we also had dinner one night at the hotel and the food was sooooo delicious.During the day we had lunch outside the hotel and there are plenty options. Don’t be scared to experience, the food is fresh and nothing bad will happen to your tummy.Everything was way beyond our expectations and I already recommended the hotel to some friends who are going to spend Christmas there.Asante sana Casa del Mar for the incredible services!

Horrible experience in Casa Beach, the sheets and towel were dirty (blood), the bathroom is dirty too and smell bad, we had to take cold showers because there is only hot water in the morning, the breakfast is really not good, the taxi drivers of the hotel are not honest, the managers do not care about their clients and feel superior to the employees working there...

Terrible experience.Limited and repeated breakfast menu, myself and wife got diarrhea bad hygiene and flies.No hot water, electricity cuts off frequently and unfriendly staff.DO NOT GO THERETherey are plenty of good options nearby!!!

Paradise... We had an amazing vacation here in April. It was a low season and we felt like we were on a secluded island. Staff were just super! They took care of all our needs. Breakfast is great and we were also having dinner at hotels restaurant. Nature around just wonderful... beautiful trees and flowers, soft sand and gorgeous from light blue to turquoise colour ocean. We will always remember this vacation!

Great value for money. The rooms had somple finish, but the bathroom was of excellent standard, and the furtnitures cool. I enjoyed a lot with my family, and children 4 and 6. it is also a great alternative to come for meals. Good pool!

I understand this beautiful hotel from southern areas at Zanzibar, it has beautiful environment, good and nice waiters as well as beautiful and delicious foods.

Family run hotel on the beach in the village of Jambiani. Friendly staff and spacious clean rooms. Idyllic beach front view with a beautiful view of the ocean from your beach chair, restaurant or swimming pool. Good portions of food. You must try the samosas or the beef mishkaki.

The hotel is located at a beautiful place just in front of the beach. The restaurant is good when they actually have the food (no fish for 3 days straight and of course we stayed 3 days... and no more sausages when you order english breakfast! Too bad!). The rooms are okay. Wifi is available but not very fast but that doesnt really matter as we are in Zanzibar and living the dream!

In the middle of Jambiani so you can really see how the locals leave. Best food we ate in Zanzibar, attentive staff and managers ( Hy Ana and Amore ). Good value for money.

The hotel is situated right in the middle of the village there, so before you enter into the hotel you are able to get the feel of the lifestyle of the locals from the area. The food is great and fresh, however one cant avoid complaining about the it because its ridiculously expensive. The ocean view from the hotel is breathtaking, loved every minute of it. The pool is Crystal blue and its really just wonderful to be in it. The staff is amazing. I particularly recall the beautiful massages from a lady called Salama, and Kim the waiter and his team were kind enough to teach us a bit of Swahili. Asanti sana.

A tasteful, clean facility. The service staff were extremely friendly and approachable. Very nice, spacious rooms with a shady place in front of the door. A large pool and plenty of loungers on site. The food tasted good. It should be particularly emphasized that everything is in very good condition.

At first sight, nice hotel from the outside but when you spend the night there it is something else entirely: cold water, dirty linen, dirty towel, room not cleaned, room not air-conditioned before your arrival, faulty shower with water that does not does not flow (we swim in our own dirt...). Absent managers and distraught team to solve problems effectively. Not to mention the hotel driver who left us in the middle of the night, which is dangerous and unprofessional.

Pleasant hotel, modern and tastefully renovated very recently. The rooms are clean and spacious. The restaurant is very good, reasonable value for money from buffet breakfast to dinner. The dishes are sophisticated and tasty. Well done to the Chefs!The staff are of high quality and very attentive.The pool is just beautiful.The beach bordering the hotel has super pleasant white sand and crystal clear sea water.One small downside: the proximity of the rooms to each other which can generate noise depending on the neighbors ...Overall, we had a great stay at this hotel, highly recommend it.

Magnificent, newly renovated hotel with taste and refinements. Our stay there was perfect from start to finish. The cuisine is exceptional. We had all the meals there so it was so good and for a more than reasonable price. The hotel staff are young and will take insurance every day to provide guests with all they need.The beach is beautiful and very clean.This hotel is just perfect!

We stayed at this hotel for 11 nights and had a wonderful time. The staff is very pleasant, the cleanliness of the rooms is impeccable and the dishes offered are quite good. The only downside might be the bedding a bit hard for my taste. I nevertheless recommend this establishment where you can have a pleasant stay.

Nice hotel located on the beach in Jambiani. I went there only to enjoy the massage center. Time very nice, quality massage, various body oils and face are proposed. Masseuse very professional, I opted for body massage, 1 hour of pure happiness at a more than reasonable price! I highly recommend going to enjoy a nice relaxing massage center located in Casa Beach in Jambiani!

Expensive for what is. The lobster is not the best, I imagine the lemon in the side sauce is bottled lemon (chemical taste).You pay for the frame but not for the quality of the dish.It would be wise not to remove the glasses half full 😉In short, a tourist trap to flee. Beautiful nice beach, very modern pool, which is especially good at low tide. Nice rooms, comfortable beds. The selection at the Swedish breakfast buffet is small, but I was pleased anyway. (I have 2 sides of fried fried eggs ... I dont know what it is, but the staff highly recommended it). The kitchen is exceptionally good and there are reasonable prices. The cocktails are delicious. There was no problem with mosquitoes in particular, but dont fall asleep on the patio. The wifi is very poor quality.Excellent value for money.

Nice view over the beach. The water of the sea is blissfully warm because it remains shallow for a long time. Staff is friendly, swimming pool is okay. Room is a bit less (rain shower had only 1 thick jet, so half the bathroom floor was always completely wet, bed was hard and it was, despite the 2 fans, very hot at night). Food is tasty, but definitely take a fresh fruit drink, these are really delicious!

Were at this hotel at the end of March! The weather is super, the ocean is like tea, the tides give a special highlight! Water color - hundreds of shades of turquoise! The staff is super, especially Anna! Food, fresh yummy! Chef clever! We went to different hotels and restaurants, tried different foods, and still returned to ours! There is no TV and air conditioning, there is a canopy, peace and quiet, lizards of different sizes, monkeys in the village! Nobody sours, does not scream and does not dance! Peace and quiet! And the unreal ocean! I want more!
