Trash. This is the spice island... where are the spices?! The service is scant - rude and scarce, wait forever to just get a water - something they dont need to make, and longer for a cocktail. The food was terrible - fries were burnt and raw (how does one do that?), fish was rubbery, everything else was bland. Also no one wears masks for covid - no staff, no guests too.My son got sick from the food and was in the toilet for days.This place is as terrible as the resort that runs it.

Excellent choice of freshly cooked meat, curries, seafood and so much more. Salads, fruit and accompaniments are also really good.

The Climanjero restaurant at the Gold Hotel is great, a huge selection of food, nothing is missing, the great chefs, Chef Sunil and Chef Richie manage everything at a level and are attentive to every request of the guests.

Varied cuisine with a different theme every day. 2 times a week the whole restaurant is moved 1 time the swimming pool and 1 time to the beach when the weather permits. The pesoneel is very friendly and the food delicious. Highly recommended

Disappointing as possible, dirty, everything is falling apart, electricity, air conditioning, window, no TV, satellite problem, wet towels ... everything to match.2 calls minimum per day to the reception to have a technician.Fortunately, there is the landscape, the staff and and a Mauritian chef who knows his stuff.Go offshore.
