The Apartment is good, but the hotel should make a proper arrangements and respect all booking dates and not selling the room within the date which was booked already; it was a difficult time for us when we came and found that the rooms which we were booked has another Guests already! This mistake was caused the Staff to give us another room which when the rain starts you must wakeup to wipe all falling water into the room direct, because it was raining a lot in the night, we were got tired and decide to put out all of our properties into the sleeping bed to rescue so that it would not get broken of wet!

You will not find what is being advertised.The rooms are real tiny, and it is real uncomfortable to stay in one of those rooms.The stairs are also very steepy.Bathroom are messy.The only thing good is that their customer service is active and good.TV does not have any channel.

Its an excellent apartment to take a home, being in that feels very comfortable and happy

Location is not prime, especially if you use Uber. Drivers cannot find the location. While the rooms are well furnished and clean, the receptionist is not the most accomodating person. If youre on a budget its manageable.

Had an awesome stay.. the people there made it feel like I was VIP... always ready to assist when I needed food from outside, when I needed to buy data or visit the bank/mallThe room was clean with airconditioning and warm water in the showerIts very affordable as well.. great if youre traveling as 3/ 6 friends where you could have the whole apartment for yourselvesEach apartment has 3 bed rooms, shared living room, open plan kitchen and a balcony to sit and enjoy during the evening.I told the guys there, should I visit Dar Es Salaam again Id stay by them.

It is a nice place to stay for tourist from around the word this is where you can save a lot cost wise .Great breakfast to get you up in the morning.

Its a bit far from the main road. Road to destination is not good. The stairs are too steep. But nice interior though needs a bit of renovation

If you can go elsewhere its better! Far from the city center (not having any interest), very difficult to serve, the photos of the site are not you like contractual: the space apartment is in fact shared and the refrigerator does not work! Service not top moreover.

Its located at the malls, 300 meters to the east from the bus stop shops.
