The hotel is good , clean ! Per night it’s 30,000 tz including breakfast 4 bread , butter . No hot water for shower but you have the A/c . Small yet good for the price paid for . Washing of clothes is done each at 1,000 washed and ironed . The location is good with in the town .

Located along the famous uhuru street it has a small parking lot in the busy streets

The did some renovations recently. Improvement on bedding is needed. The food is nice and there is also a variety of drinks including a bar

Its quiet though amid town. However, some things needs to be changed. Bathroom needs rehabilitation and TV channels needs to be added.

Its better and cheap and have restaurants and it near the kariakoo market you can find everything you want clothes... i take one room with my wife one day for 30,000 TZS they will give you breakfasts only in side there no tables On the main road, near the Kiriakou market, which is a large market in Dar Salam!! It is cheap compared to hotels around it. I took one room, the bed can accommodate two people for 30,000 Tanzanians, which is equivalent to 47 Qatari riyals, but to note inside the room there is no cupboard, only the breakfast table.
