I say this is the best affordable hotel in town. The staff is friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and reassuring.

Comfy and clean! Only stayed here a night before heading to the airport in the morning and the staff were very nice to arrange pick up from the ferry terminal as well as getting to the airport in the morning. Bathroom could have been a little cleaner and water pressure wasnt the best but oh well! The balcony was very cute. There was a Chinese restaurant below the hotel which offered a good selection.

Price is affordable especially when on transit. They serve basic breakfast. Hotel is in town so helps with any business you wish to do in town. However the streets are quite busy and noisy though it gets quieter around 2200 hours. Our room had no hot water so I suggest you ask about the water before you book in. We were given a bucket and water heater to warm our bath. Not comfortable at all. TV was down as well and it took them about 30 minutes to fix it which was also another inconvienience. Its clean though.

Last night in Tanzania we chose to stay here for one reason on the way to airport and another feed our Chinese stomach. The first image was like back to China. Even the room setup is quite standard Chinese style. The Hotel restaurant is supplying Chinese food buffet. Its been over two months since last time having Chinese style breakfast. It was so great to have rice porridge and steamed bun for breakfast. Lunch and dinner are also good with pretty cheap price. One more wonderful thing is the hotel boss let us stayed in the room till our flight which was 22:50... kinda free one night stay! So friendly and generous!

Stay away! Dirty, rusty, mouldy with fungus growing on walls. Most importantly, no hot water in the shower. Hotel explains it as being on a solar power, so whenever the sun is not up, there is no hot water. That makes it most of a hotel day. Bathroom so dirty thou, that you hardly want to use it anyways. Far below any possible standards. I have no idea why they get so good ratings. Do yourself a favor and stay away.

Hotel has no Wi-Fi though WiFi was indicated. Poor breakfast choices. In the middle of market area. So noisy. Disco nearby. The rooms are okay though. They beddings are clean

Such a great place to hangout, also there’s a great restaurant with delicious and nice foods with Chinese Cuisine and many more. Also they provide a terrace dining which let’s a person stay outside and enjoy the busy streets of kariakoo while having their meals

Pretty sweet place. Ac worked. Cold water or Luke warm water wasnt a problem because its hot outside in December! Location was actually pretty Central to the fun neighboorhood. Felt like staying near times square in New York.

Best option for business people from out of tanzania coz its near the big Market of Kariakoo safe nice views from the top flows u can see the sunrise with an amazing city view and sunset too if you new in Tanzania and you will have deals in Dar its best option you can get to the Airport with just on Bus from here which is just 400Tsh

Chinese hotel. If you are Xin Jingsu well here is the place were you can meet with your friends from beijing. chinese food is also available. Also if you are in kariakoo area since it is crowded and want to have some peaceful talk the restaurant area is a good place to stay quietly you just need to buy a soda and there you go.

The view of Kariakoo is incredible. The food isnt too bad either. The hotel seems quite catered to the Chinese business clientele

Theres a lot of fun like watching sports ice creams and i like lift too i dont like stairs so many things are good there

Terrible hotel, rooms are tiny.Had broken pipes in the shower, food is bad, there is a nightclub on the roof, cats fighting in the streets and a mosque 10m away so expect no sleep. Avoid at all costs

Best place to stay in Dar. The breakfast is worth paying the money. It was build with Chinese people in mind so its really a new experience.
