No one come to receive visitors.. No one carry luggage to the room.. They dont even take guest to their room... They just handle the key and you need to find your way too... Very poor customers care absolutely.. Some rooms have tools which a destroyed...

Fridge isnt working, bath tubs does not have rubber sink stopper.Food is amazing, price is supper fair, rooms are clean.Great place to be in Dar es salaam

Nice standard hotel located at Ubungo with good food and good views, if you sit five people together at the restaurant they will charge you 30 thousand claiming its a meeting that needs to be paid for. I honestly didnt love that about the place.

My favourite hotel to stay while the bus station was still at Ubungo. They have fair prices and a top notch breakfast.

The room is very clean, air conditioner works properly, the bed is comfortable and they serve a very satisfying breakfast for free. Generally, its just a nice place for travellers with tight budget.

Toilet had no water but it was repaired, but the most disappointing is waiters of the hotel behind, they refused to sell beer to me once they realised am from Kenya. I cant come back with such experience

Its a nice and beautiful hotel around ubungo bus station. With nice services and good food. You cant regret to book and sleep there. Rooms with air conditioner , bathrooms with heater hence makes a customer choose whats good for himself/herself With television too. And its all that with affordable price . Its just customers choice either vip rooms or normal rooms.

I arrived in Dar Es Salaam very early in the morning and so I slept in a room on the ground floor, I can literally say that the room was not as clean as it has to be (Its cheap though!). The next morning I decided to make a reservation for the room on the upper floor, The bedroom was neat and scrupulously clean, however, there was no AC remote control, so you can not set up your preferred temperature. With that being said, I may suggest making a reservation in rooms on the upper floor prior to arrival. Unless, if they make some changes for the rooms located at the downstairs.The front desk clerks were very friendly, attentive, charming and ready to help customers. Some food servers were lacking communication skills and do not listen to customers (A man was trying to make arguments when I wanted the service. Its crazy, right?).They say Wi-Fi is available, and so I got the password but when I try to connect the device, there was no internet connection. Sad!Overall, KIBADAMO HOTEL is located at the center and very convenient to some extent, also affordable!

Before you book someone in a room make sure that the room is ready for occupancy.Booked at night (room 302 to be precise) but had issues with the bathroom - twas smelly. The toilet was leaking from base and so was the sink drain. To make matters worse there was no soap and when I asked for it, was told that they person in charge of toiletries had already gone home and therefore couldnt be helped till the next day at 8 o clock in the morning.So, I give just one star because the bed was clean and comfortable.

Centrally located. Comfortable. Limited food choices. Noisy on one side of the hotel in the early mornings, the side facing the bus stop. Pleasant staff. Not all are conversant with English though.

Take care of personal properties especially at the Reception as staffs fish out valuable items,including cash from Backpacks submitted to them for safe custody.It’s a safe hotel anymore and the supervisor might be number one suspect!

Though it is a nice place with affordable price but sometimes they do not care about customers arrangements..they can take your clothes to laundry and never get them back on the same day so if you already have a bus ticket for next morning trip then it is a trouble

Hotel is near the bus terminal and not that far from the airport. The room was neat but the bathroom was not that much clean. Also, the bathing water was not hot.

Its affordable, neat, but they have an issue with service. I came from town back to the room to a bathroom with no soap and it took over an hour to get one ( after several attempts actually).The rooms and bathrooms are tiny.
