The general environment is quite good, however the rooms are not well kept, especially the one I stayed. There was mosquito net while Dar es Salaam is known for mosquitos. Water pipes in thr bathroom were not functioning well and seems the management ignores the maintenance routines of the facility.

A very very great place to stay for vacation, i recommend it to alot of people.
