Good place though it is not the way I left it 5 years back. Many things have changed but truly good customer service remain the best

Good quality service. Reasonable price. Very close to Ubungo bus terminal for easy transport. Id rate it a 5 star but theres no room service for breakfasts. Apart from that, everything else looks amazing 😉

A good hotel and very affordable. Very nice hotel room and wide city view from seventh floor can only cost you 20$ (40,000Tsh) so whenever you find yourself in need of a nice and cool place to crash, just welcome yourself there, they will take care of the rest. You have to have money ofcourse 😜. Rooms are rated at 20$ to 60$ thats 40,000Tsh to 120,000Tsh. Knock yourself in🙋‍♂️🙋‍♂️

Its good yet affordable

First of all, I want to stress that all hotel staff (reception and restaurant) was friendly and very helpful!. The best reason to stay there: You can be at Ubungo bus stand at 6 in the morning for your trip.

Good place to stay if passing through Dar or need to catch an early morning upcountry bus. Comfortable rooms with a/c and a small balcony. Hot water intermittent, but easily overlooked with the Dar heat. Good breakfast in the morning.

Everything look aged, rooms not well cleaned. Plumbing questionable n d breakfast is fair at best.Okay if ure a late/early traveller at the nearby Ubungo bus terminal

Very noisy.Bath room commode and shower needs proper maintenance.Drinking water to be provided at least 2 small bottles .Check out timing is too early.Bath room door locks are missing.Room is good and very specious. Towels and good napkins to be provided.Wifi above 6th floor to be provided.Rating above average

Mic Hotel has ckean and specious rooms with hot water showers . It Has a nice restaurant and a bar. The are three diffrrrent rates depending on ones choice.The Hotel is a stone throw from to the main bus terminal and even closer is a Rapid bus stand. But over 30km from the airport. Banks and ATMs are within 500 meters.The view of the surroundings is nice especially when on higher floors.It has a small car park and security is always available.

Bedgugs and unpleasant servicesWe couldnt sleep at all during the stay.We woke up after few hours we went to bed because we felt itchy. We found bedbugs on our beds, there were plenty of them. I complained about it to the receptionist, but he just gave me another room key without any apology.Before we changed the room, I checked the beds, sheets and everything and it seems okay. But we couldnt sleep again, because there were another bedbugs, again. We found more than 10 of them. I went to the reception and complained about it, but the receptionist just said Again? and gave me another room key. I thought there was no point of changing the room, because there could be another bedbugs and there were only 2~3 hours left to go. I told him so and ask him a refund as a compensation of the inconvenience. Then, he made a phone call to the manager so I talked to him and explained everything. The manager just kept saying that he could change the room over and over again till the morning but no refund. He didnt listen to me at all but just kept saying what he wanted to say, he was almost yelled at me when he said he wont give us any money, of course no apologies. I was so upset about their attitude than about bedbugs. I was trying to talk to the manager again but he didnt answer. So we gave up and spent 2 hours at the lobby and left the hotel without any compensation or apology for the inconvenience and unpleasant experience. I highly recommend not to use this hotel never ever.

The Hotel its good but the Management should find out the possibly of repairing the main entrance road starts from Morogoro main into the hotel, yes the hotel its very close to the Bus Terminal but sorry that if you have a big bag you must find someone to pay to assist you doesnt matter your bag has tyres, its all because the road its not good, but if the road is good then you can carry the bag easily, the distance its less than half kilometre so for sure its possible to make it for better future.The last is, mostly European Visitors like to see the smile faces, the Reception Staff and other in general should make it part of their life for better beautiful future of smile. The room was fairly clean. The ac worked well. The breakfast starts a 5am but really is a sham. Overall way to expensive for what they offer. The really good thing is that it is walking distance to the Ubungo bus terminal.

Nice Hotel with affordable prices

We had a nice meal of beans and rice. It was the only place nearby that had such a meal. They also gave us a tour of the rooms. They were nice.

If you are travelling through bus this is a go to hotel since it is located next to Ubungo bus Terminal. Elevator ends in 6th floor you have to take stairs to get to the rest of the floors. Small rooms and salty water.
