Stayed for one night. First good impression was spoiled with two things:1. I arrived in the evening so there was no time to search the place to eat. Decided to have dinner in the hotel. For $20 Ive got only three types of meals, one salat and bread. No fruits, deserts and drinks. This was the worth dinner I had in hotel for such price.2. There was some disko party outside. In my case closed window didnt work because: conditioning was not working so had to open the window, because it was too hot in my room.Even with closed window I heard every beat of the music :)

Staff was very nice, but I was charged for things that I didnt use, the hotel feels like a prison, the hotel grounds are small and used for truck storage/parking, food takes an hour to prepare. I hated the idea of coming back at the end of my safari.

A hidden oasis down a dirt side street. The staff is fantastic, welcoming, and accommodating. That lodge has a crystal blue pool. The rooms and beds are comfortable and the food is tasty. I would love to come back.

The restaurant proposes a wide selection of tasty dishes, even though overpriced.The staff are always ready to help and very respectful, with an eye to the western culture!Located slightly outside Arusha center.The rooms were cold at the time of visit.

The Hotel summit safari lodge is really highly recommended. It is mainly used as a stopover for tours in the region (safari, Kilimanjaro). The facilities are very clean and the staff friendly and courteous. Especially I would like to thank Elizabeth for her excellent service.

For once i thought i was gerting lost, but after i entered the lodge i was amazed, it is like a hidden germ mixed with sand, its just so beautiful and clean, the rooms are okay, and the waiters are really helpfull aswell, if you are looking for some privacy whefe you can work in peace this is just a place to be, i dont know about the food since i didnt eat here, but its not far fron town incase you would like to try differenr options.

I stayed at this hotel 2 days before and after my safari and my climb. Staff are so accommodating. Judy arranges to change my itinerary while I was on my safari. She is so professional and does above and beyond service. Staff is extremely helpful happy and full of energy. I feel safe the whole time.

Stayed here while hiking with Climb Kili. The room and food was just okay, the showers were hot but not for long. Our entire group had our credit card numbers stolen when we checked out to begin our climb, which was a buzzkill to come back to. Hopefully theyve learned from this and fired the individual who insisted we all used the compromised card reader (much to the confusion of other front desk staff). Dont swipe your card here, or just pay cash. If your card initially gets declined, call your bank and shut it off immediately.

Great for an arrival in Tanzania and a start of safari. Very clean room, hot water, very good wifi, friendly and caring staff, more than adequate food. Not to mention the pleasant swimming pool where there are not many people who disturb. I recommend !

Excellent place to prepare an expedition to Kilimanjaro and trips to national parks. Great staff, comfortable rooms with air conditioning and excellent beds, decent food - buffet tables at evening and the choice was varied, delicious breakfast - available from 6.00 am, beautiful surroundings, the possibility of dinner in the resort garden. We felt very comfortable. Upon arrival at the hotel, staff at the reception welcomed us with a warm, moistened face and hand towel and a welcome drink. Nice surprise. A little problem with the Wi-Fi signal in the rooms away from the reception. Otherwise everything is fine. I highly recommend - to be experienced.I highly recommend.
