The hotel is very ok but the hotels restaurant is below expectations. We ordered food and after 2 hours of wating the food was served cold. The food was prepared very well and for sure would be tasty if recevied warm.

Clean nice room, not you have to wait more than 2 hours for food. Dont eat here if you are tired after safari.

Very good place I loved it....it was beyond my expectations,the dinner was awesome,the staff very friendly,good WiFi...will definitely visit again.Too bad I was on transist and I left so early @5.30 am I didnt taste the breakfast.Keep it up.

The hotel is perfect and clean and friendly staff. Needs only few things to add first bathroom curtains in down floor rooms mirror and light for woman to do their makeups. And where 2 pple are sleeping the towels must be 2 and so the toothbrushes. The breakfast was superb with very good staff. I thank the staff for being friendly and helpful.

Friendly and helpful personnel. Liked the room, and loved the lighting in the room.Since we had some hours before our flight, the hotel staff suggested and arranged a short trip/ visit for us in Arusha. We really appreciated that.

This is a decent place to stay for a night before/after a safari. It is very clean and beers are incredibly cheap (cheaper than in the stores)! Not located in a great part of town, so walking to any of the hotspots in Arusha isn’t easy. It was also very loud when we were there, but could’ve been because they were doing road construction outside. The lights in the rooms are different neon colors, which feels like the right setting to film an adult movie...

The best 🏨 in Arusha to spend time for holidays,I stayed with my family one night the service,food and rooms were great in the morning we had a beautiful small hot dish,fruits and passionable juice for breakfast,the manager Peter with his staffs were so wonderful and kindness.

Clean rooms and restaurant service make for a recommended hotel when in transit. Basic WC. Good bed. Friendly staff.

The room was very very small and for lunch it was a nightmare, one hour waiting in the restaurant. In the kitchen there were 4 persons for doing 2 plates of food. You should go out for having your meal, there are plenty of good places where you can eat delicious and local food

We enjoyed the service from Paulina who save us the nile perch fish with french fries, very delicious Next morning when we had breakfast the Hotel manager introduced as Mr Petro, he come and ask how we feel to be their and service they provide, Actually we enjoyed everythingwe recommend others to go there

Nice place at the Arusha CBD

Its an ok place. Was a bit dirty our second time there, also, the restaurant is lacking and takes a LONG time to make your food.

Nice place and Clean rooms, dedicated staff and responds very quickly to concerns.Their Rooms are missing AC, It might be challenging when its hot in Arusha

Dont accept cards. Only cash payment. Late check-out fee is half of the one nights cost. Which is too much.They calculated the amounts wrong and I had to draw money twice from the ATM.

Lovely staff, good breakfast (though sometimes they were late)they give you tooth brush too which i though was amazingcomfy beds

Generally the dinner was tasty but served after almost 2 hours and it was cold. The staff does not fully communicate in English because they do not understand what a double espresso with milk means. When I went to pay and said that I would like to get a discount for the inconvenience, you made a face like ... What does this guy want? After all, he has everything he ordered! In general, I advise against restaurants in this hotel and the hotel itself is fine when it comes to conditions in this country, only because it gives 2 stars👍

Waiting for long hours at the restaurant. The food is not quality. The restaurant is to be avoided absolutely. Service is passable.

Very correct, clean hotel and attentive to your needs.The wifi works very well.They have 24 hour kitchen service (incredible) but very slow. It takes an hour to serve you food. The second time, we ordered the food and asked that they call us in the room when it was ready, so we took advantage of the time to shower, prepare suitcases ...Overall, a good establishment for the day before / after the safari.
