Spent only one night here but it was ok. Room is nice, a bit too crowded for my taste, but the balcony is huge. The view was not great, but nor bad. The staff was very nice. They helped us with airport transfer. Good value for money.

Excellent food, Beautiful lounge, fast internet connection, hygiene is just superb.Didnt use the rooms but probably excellent. There is a lot of western tourists lodging there.

Location info on the booking sites is WRONG! Im not sure if this is intentional or just a mistake (and on whos part is unclear as well), but on most booking sites (Hotel.com, Booking.com, etc) they represent this hotel as being only a few kilometers from the city center and have a completely wrong location when you view it on their maps. In reality, this hotel is FAR from the city center. Id like to give the hotel the benefit of the doubt, but weve too often seen this deception used- and primarily by hotels that are in inconvenient locations.

For the four of us the room given to us was pretty small and not well distributed. Also, being on the second floor didnt help. Its ok for the price but in hand sight, I would pick something closer to town.

Good place but just far from town!

Dirty linens. Thank goodness I brought my own! Preordered meal for the last evening around 5:45. At 7, I went to check and verify the order had been understood. The host said she would give a call when ready. At 8:30 I still had not been called. I went down again and had to wait another 15 minutes for the meal to be given to me minus the fruit salad which was a part of the order. It seems that service is generally slow as the night before the meal took a long time, but it was prepared well. However we waited around an hour and 15 minutes not nearly 3 hours for a meal that was lackluster.

Best place,we enjoyed our time in there and it was lovely the view in evening time and the cool refreshing weather,the staffs are lovely too and it is quite and not far from town.

Great place to spend the night for travellers and tourists alike. About 20 min away from town (Without breaking any speed limit laws). It is also very close to the bypass road which can save you a lot of time if you are either driving to Moshi or Kenya/Ngorongoro.

I was a little disappointed when arriving. Although the staff were nice and helpful, our stay wasnt what we expected. The food took over an hour an a half, but was tasty. We didnt have hot water, only to find out that there was a second switch close to the ceiling that needed to be turned on. There wasnt a hair dryer, even though the website says each room is equiped with it. I suggest bringing ear plugs. There are dogs barking all hours of the night. The hotel grounds were well maintained and manicured. It has a very nice view of Mount Meru.

I really enjoyed my stay at Mrimba Palm Hotel. Staff and especially the manager were very helpful and pleasant. It is very well run and you can have a good view of Kilimanjaro which was a nice surprise. Quiet location and peaceful generally.

Best Hotel in Arusha. Our visitors, donors and clients for kilimanjaro & safari for charity we do take them for accommodation, they real like it especially price compared to the services.

An excellent experience. Not sure why there are no pictures but this hotel is beautiful and well run! It is a three story hotel with really nice rooms and a balcony that overlooks the city. We stayed here two nights before and after a safari and were treated great with good service from Joseph. I would highly recommend staying here if in Arusha.

Located on the southern edge of Arusha, this little gem of a hotel is spotless, modern and has impeccable customer service. I spent 3 weeks in Tanzania and this is by far the nicest place I stayed at. Joseph and his staff are the best in the business and make you feel like royalty. My friends and I kept joking that we were staying at an all-inclusive resort because thats how the staff here makes you feel.The rooms are spotless, the AC works great, the balcony is a nice extra, the showers hot and clean, the toilets clean, and the food is amazing. We stayed here 2 nights total and the breakfast was so good and the dinner was even better. I highly recommend the goat ribs or the kg of beef. The spaghetti side dish is also memorable. Grab an ice cold pint or two of safari too!You wont find a better place in Arusha (or possibly Tanzania) for this price. Period. Thanks so much Joseph and staff for making the stay a memorable one for us Canadians.

Joseph, Esuvat, winnie and the rest of the team are gems. Friendly, humble and charming. The rooms are sparkling clean! Spacious and warm. Super beds with well fitted nets. Hot showers and spacious balconies. Oooh cant forget to mention that the rooms are air conditioned. The variety during breakfast is unbeatable!! The chef is super good coz the meals are the tastiest!! The ambience, aura....awesome. The pricing is the most affordable. Actually the best value for money. Will highly recommend anyone to Mrimba Palms. Will surely one back again. Kudos Joseph and your team.

Sparkling clean..the rooms are huge and the balcony is lovely and it has curtains for privacy..breakfast was decent..loved the pancakes and fresh juice..we spent 3600 for a double room for two with breakfast..highly recommend

Waited 2 hours for my food, and when it arived it was the wrong dish. Stay away ! Better places do exist for the same budget price. You get what you pay for here.

Attentive and friendly staff. Spacious and clean rooms, very clean bathrooms. Very good and fast laundry service.Very good food in the restaurant, great cook, although a bit slow service. It is solved by ordering the food you want beforehand and on time. Great value for money in general !!

Located about 20 minutes from the city center, so very quiet. No problem ordering a taxi. Clean rooms, well-functioning WiFi, very lovely staff, good food, bar. We would come back anytime.

The hotel was great! Room was super clean and well maintained, dinner and breakfast excellent, service great and good Wi-Fi. There was nothing missing. We also had a conservatory in our room. This hotel is well above African standards and the price was unbeatable. Gladly again!

A good reception manager - friendly, solves problems quickly. The rooms are generally good, the air conditioners work well. There is a little lack of horizontal surfaces for things.The kitchen cooks deliciously, but not always quickly. Lunch order had to wait 2 hours.

The attention is spectacular, all the staff is dedicated to please you. The truth is that the photos make it look much better than it looks in real life. It is a clean, safe and pleasant hotel, it is not a good thing to admire or photograph. The food is delicious. There is nothing to do around.
