Went there with my husband and my extended family and everyone had a great time. Kids swam and played for free and the food was on point. They made sure that the meat was soft enough for everyone to eat. My husband arrived earlier and the staff helped him to make reservations.

The experience was great but there were some issues:1. the security is very poor the guests can not enjoy there meal2.the pool is overcrowded with alot of children who did not even pay for it3.Some children climb through the wall and enter the place to disturb the guests4.The orders delay alot like we ordered our meal at 3pm but we received the meal at 5pm surely 😠5.The security guard dont receive visitors with respect of which is not good6.we are so disappointed about Graceland of which we thought it was a cool place but i guess we were wrong7.But Ill be coming back on Monday please maintain order its a nice place though keep it up✨✨8.MERRY CHRISTMAS🎄🎅🎅

The goat meat was poorly cooked, Ive never tasted such hard meat in my life. Aside from the alcohol, nothing else really stood out for me. The kachumbari was barely enough, but the scenery, swimming pool, and swing set are alright. The Delmonte also tasted weird even though the expiry date reads ten months from now. My advice: go there for the pool and alcohol, not the food.

The place has been run down not worth spending on at all.

I like swimming so Ill just review on the pool.so last time i went for swimming here it was like going to a fish pond that has stagnant water.few days ago i decided to give them a benefit of a dought and vosit the pool to weigh whether Id be impressed ....helll no still the same bit a bit better ,considering its very strategically located in the heart of milimani estate which is one of the classiest to be living in ,it does not live to its name.

Graceland is a place that has conference rooms, rest rooms a hotel and a swimming pool, its has cool background music play, their services are averagely good, foods are served fast enough on order, the pool area is accessible to all genders with well regulated water, it also has a baby pool for the young ones accompanied by their parents, its located in Milimani estate nakuru County, its a cool place for getaway vacation and cooling of from stress.

It was okay except the duvet had stains from I dont know what and one of the towels had some weird dropping remains on it from a bird perhaps. Kindly look into the laundering process

This is one of the best strategically located hotels in Milimani area of Nakuru but just remains basic. Staff are friendly and willing to assist. There is limited parking spaces but its free of charge. There is a swimming pool area with good outdoor seating areas. There is a bar with standard cocktails plus both local and exotic brands.Seating spaces are many but it does get cold in the evenings so make sure you have some warm wear for evening activities. Food is really basic and menu options are limited. Rooms are also standard and generally quiet.

Rooms are OK. But worst customer service at dinning, very cold food, unkempt staff making noise at each other in front of customers, place is generally dirty and too much continuous loud music...

This place is good for privacy, accommodation, dining, swimming, great service, quality customer care and its so secure.

Swimming pool water a dull grey green colour, not at all healthy looking!Breakfast was same every day without variation or a request if we wanted different foods. Asked for tea in the room had to wait an hour and got it ourselves (charge Ksh500 for staff to bring to room)!Our belongings were rifled and items of clothing and other items taken when we were out for a day and left the key for the maid to service room ...then found the room open on returning with the key in the door!
