The rooms are okay and Aircon is working fine but the toilet walls need to be revamped

A good hotel in Arusha. Located at town centre close to all means of transportation.The rooms are good, the food is finger licking and the staff is friendly and welcoming always smiling and ready to serve and help.The conference room in the 6th floor is good for all sorts of meetings.Its a must visit place, take time and spend some at this hotel and you will come out a happy.

The place is nice and clean, but the hotel is old fashioned, the security is good, and its in town so its easy to move around the city, from the place of stay

Premier Palace hotel is a two stars hotel in the city of Arusha, very clean and comfort accommodation for mid range and budget travelers

Very nice hotel located in quiet street.travelling to other areas of Arusha from this place is very easy and transport (tax and any other public transport) can easily accessed from this location. health centre and hospital are also close to the area.rooms are available at reasonable rates, delicious food are also served

Not a bad place for low budget stay ... But they can do with some improvements expecially in the showers and the toilets. And the TV never works ...

Decent place for the price. The room was clean and beddings well done. Air conditioning is available though I did not need to use as night temperature outside was 16 celsius at the time. There was a large water heater in the bathroom. You would need some few minutes after turning the heater on before you can enjoy a hot shower. No kettle in the room, so unfortunately you cannot make yourself a cup of tea. Satellite TV is available with a reasonable number of news, sports and entertainment channels to choose from. There is wifi, but no Internet throughout my 3 days stay. So certainly a hotel, a palace?? No no no.

Not very clean inside, old furnitures, no tooth bush/ toothpaste for guests, old towels.

This hotel is a nice 3 star hotel situated within Arusha City. Along Levolosi road, is a quite neighbourhood, clean and eqasy to access. It is minutes drive from Arusha Airport, and KIA, minutes from city center, and walking distance to most of the amenities. The hotel is very clean, with friendly staff. It is also affordable and has very nice views of Arusha city especially from the high rooms. There is a nice bar and restaurant servicing very nice alacarte menu with local and international dishes featured. For business or fun, it is not a bad place to visit. with family or friends, still a nice place to stay

High prized, even in low season. Rooms are ok, clean and functional, except missing power sockets for phone charging. The places for sockets are sealed with plates. Nice view in the upper floors.Restaurant chaotic with extremely poor meals. I should have been waiting 1 hour for noodles, while large parts of the menu were not on sale (absolutely common to all african restaurants). They try to fill you with expensive beers. Unpleasently screaming tv as in village pubs.Staff urging tourists, but themselves fairly slow.Not a good place for westerners.

The hotel is along a busy road so expect some noise. Room 502 has a balcony but the door is locked and key not provided. There is a mini fridge, dressing table, TV, small wardrobe suitable for two small suitcase, water heater and reading table and chair. No ac or fan. No mosquito net. Toothpaste is not provided which was a big disappointment. Breakfast is standard. Laundry service is available at a cost of tzs 1,000 per cloth for washing and tzs 500 per cloth for ironing. Minimum cost per room was tzs 45,000 per night along with free breakfast.

Good location , friendly staff and excellent value for money. And if you are lucky you can have a wonderful view of mount Meru from your window.

Good hotel. But have different price for resident and not resident. Residents paying 45000tsh, not residents 45$. Difference is more than in two times.
