We got a good price including the breakfast. The rooms are nice and tidy. Breakfast is vast and healthy options are available. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Quite surrounding. The hotel itself/design is a bit old.

We really enjoyed our stay at Zawadi House! We were only here 2 nights before our Safari so didnt get a chance to explore much of the surrounding area, but the hotel is well maintained, the rooms are clean and comfortable (AC!), and the staff was beyond friendly and accommodating. Would recommend staying here pre/post Safari!!

Artistic and quiet. Washrooms can use an upgrade, but generally a good get-away from Arusha town.Good staff.

Very very nice persobal, helpful and thoughtful. I was little bit disturbed by the smell in the room, but this is smell of carpet cleaning liquid. We needed to leave very early, and the lodge did some nice breakfast boxes for all of us.

They organized my Safari strip to Serengeti and the trip was life changing!!! The hotel price so cheap and they gave me a package deal that was so much better than the other Safari Companies I had been in contact with! Hotel facilities are beautiful! Art work is truly African! Food is local but with a twist of gourmet. I will be back!

My wife and I specifically chose this boutique hotel before we transferred to the Mount Meru Hotel to acclimatize to the time zone and get ready for the several safaris we have planned. The lodge is conveniently located about 1.5 km from Arusha City and is very clean and comfortable. Most importantly, the staff were very friendly and helpful.

I stayed at Zawadi House beginning of 2018 and I was met with outstanding hospitality. The grounds are extremely pretty, and the space has a homey artistic feel to it. I will be back soon!

Early morning safari to Arusha and passed by Zawadi House Lodge for breakfast and loved it. The place has maintained its class since my last visit. A nice and cool place to stay when in Arusha.

I visited Arusha recently. A friend of mine was staying here so I went to check out the place although I did not spend the night there myself. After a short bumpy ride (the bridge had been damaged by heavy rains), we arrived at what can best be described as an oasis. The grounds are well manicured and as you approach the foyer you are immediately captivated by the African Art on display. The place has a homely feel and the staff are pleasant and laid back. We took an immediate liking to the cosy, inviting pub to the right of the reception area where we spent most of our visits (yes we returned to hang out the following day). I would highly recommend this place to other travelers and intend to stay there during my next visit to Arusha.

The accommodation is quite nice. After a few days of safari we spent our last night there. Unfortunately there is no window or ventilation in the bathroom. This is uncomfortable when there are two people in the room. The hotel is enough for one night, I wouldnt want to stay longer. The staff are very friendly and hard-working.

Dont expect any room service. There are few staff at the front desk. You have to wait for anything, no phone calls. Please purchase the necessary items before coming to the hotel.

Not a bad hotel to stay in Arusha. There were only one night. Rooms are clean, hot water, comfortable bed. The staff are very sluggish as they are throughout Tanzania.

We loved this hotel, we stayed for one night but we could have stayed there for weeks! It is very comfortable, well decorated, well maintained, great sleep. And the staff is so nice. For the price its worth it!
