The service is TERRIBLE.No towels in the rooms, reception girl looking like we’re bothering her every time we talk to her.We couldn’t sleep because of the neigbiurs playing loud music.

Well, is a good hotel, downtown area

The restaurant lady took my order for food and kept me 45 min at the restaurant without serving me, decided to go to my room and asked to bring the order there only to wait 2 hrs, came back to the restaurant for the lady to tell me “ unasikia njaa eeh” and there were other clients being served (whites)….. i guess she is racist or something is very wrong

Pretty good. Great hot water. Good breakfast and it’s included. For what you get it’s a very fair price. Just spend the extra three dollars for the big rooms. Probably worth it. Treat yo self.

Very comfortable bed, and room overall. Just the windows could be better, they did not shield the buzz on the street outside early in the night. Breakfast was standard, coffee bad. The receptionist could could be a bit nicer.

I give the room attendants a thumps up for maintaing the rooms cleanliness for they are the only ones who know what they are doing.The KITCHEN and RECEPTION STAFF ARE PATHETIC ,with a dont Care attitude- they urgently need to be trained about CUSTOMER CARE.According to the hotel rules, BREAKFAST IS SERVED AT THE RESTAURANT FROM 7:00AM TO 10:00AM ,but the 5 days of my stay here I noted that milk for tea was always not readily available at 7 am.

Its a cool place

Its a descent hotel if you have to spend one night. The room was clean and looked new. But it could get more points if they fixed some minor things like adding curtants in the shower. We were a couple but in the room there was only one towel and almost no toilet paper. The food is ok, but at dinner we waited for an hour to get the food, because there was only one cook that prapered every dish from the start. When i asked for a glass, there were lipstick remainings and the waiter just put it back on the shelf.

We had a nice stay in Venice hotel 1/10. The hotel looks new, clean rooms, good food and friendly personell and all at good price. Only wifi was not working on our phones...Location is in the centre, a few minutes walk to supermarket. The view from our room was perfect.

Lots of things need to happen for me to recommend this place. Getting the food orders right would be a good start. Working AC as well. I dont blame the staff. They are nice. Management could be better.

Beautiful rooms, tasteful and comfortable. Excellent staff and management go out of their way to be accommodating. I had a problem with my phone and they let me use their computer for hours to fix it. Nicest of the three hotels I stayed at in Arusha! Just be sure to verify pricing as there could be confusion between pricIng in local currency and usd
