Pathetic hotel, awful and non courteous staff, no water in wash rooms electricity is a problem and generator backup not provided in daytime. AC s are not workable

Right at the centre near the main public bus terminal end. A perfect place for a business person who wants to be get goods and catch the next vehicle without looking for taxi. Very pocket friendly and accessible

Decent hotel for the money.It is clean, the staff is friendly and helpful. The restaurant offers good food (probably a bit overpriced by local standards).It is a bit loud from the busy streets and nearby mosques, but a couple of earplugs help.Also, theres a weird matte window above the door that makes the room a bit bright at night.

Do not book this hotel. If your travel agent puts you here, change it.I was booked here by Perfect Wilderness Safaris (also associated with Zara Tours). They have good reviews online, so I’m shocked.1) Bathroom window is placed “right next” to the shower, construction workers 2 feet away can watch you shower (I’m sure they have security cameras recording too). (See image)2) Men were walking around my floor in towels! YES NAKED! This is the type of place that old men are allowed to roam nude.4) They turn the elevator off at 8:30p and make you walk up the stairs.When I reached out to the tour company the response was obvious that they care about profits more than the safety of women.

Affordable and quite decent service...problem with warm water system though and cool water bath is very annoying especially in morning time. The staff should look to rectifying that sooner rather than latter. That appart, this is a decent place to be considering the costs and its closiness to social services like public transport etc.

It is quite affordable and the service was okay and the rooms were fine. Had an issue with the shower and the internet. The showers are small and flood. The internet is very slow. Even downloading a simple picture took ages. The food was also very basic. Other than that, the service was okay and the guys at the reception were very helpful.

Rich Hotel, well.. this is one of the affordable hotels in Arusha town, its no longer thw same from what it used to be in the past, but with $25..! Worth of money.

It was very clean, staff were friendly andvery helpful, the food was good. Breakfast was basic. The rooms are pretty small but value for money.

In the centre of the town, 100 m from the central market. The room are simple but clean and confortrable. The service is kind. Food is mostly local cuisine.

Nice and clean though parking is a challenge. Located within the town. Very courteous and friendly staff. We enjoyed our stay.
