Bad service, I went there twice in in one day just to have a drink on my Easter holiday but they never respect that fact, instead they shutdown the wifi for me when I asked them why did they shutdown the reception wifi connection ,they told me that the wifi has problems, in the meanwhile I can still see fistfloor wifi is on, I asked them if they can give me the password for the first floor and the lady replied that, she wont do that because am not permanent customer. Is this what is the permanent customer? Since morning I have been there drinking and pay all my bills that is not enough to see me has customer until shutdown wifi for me? This is not fair what they did to me.

Rooms are good, warm water and their hospitality to the guests is of high integrity

Simple hotel, close to the main bus stand. Fair price for all the amenities offered. Breakfast was good with a wide range of offers and staff was helpful throughout. They did ironing services well and cheap. Would recommend.

It is a moderate hotel and affordable, it is economical and good for those people who do not want to spend a lot of money for nothing

This is one of good hotel in Arusha, i have noted that recently they have installed airconditioners in almost all their rooms, though during the May-August period there is no need for airconditioner

I come to the Briston for at least a few days every time I return to Arusha. The rates arent bad, the rooms are clean, and the complimentary breakfast is great if you eat before 9am. The road outside was just paved, so its even easier to access than before. Nice views of Mt Meru too!
