Decent hotel! Location is great. Easily accessible. The doors are huge to enable easy passage of wheelchairs. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful always. There is a swimming pool area within the hotel. The reception area is beautifully designed with a lot of paintings and sculptures that are spread around the hotel. Good hotel with average rated services the best attraction is Indian Restaurant. Rooms are average but look old fashioned. 9am-9pm Spy and Massage by Lotus Spa. Big size swimming pool however u need courage to dive in as climate of arusha is just too cold even in summer.

We stayed here for lunch! Was realy tasty! The waiter were very polite! I forgot my bag and they brought it to me, when I just entered my car. Very honest. Thank you!!! Good value for money!!

Impala is an old-time classic in Arusha, the vibe is elegant, but also dated. The pizza is delicious, however, to be fair, a bit overpriced in comparison to Mt. Meru Hotel. The pool is also great in the heat of the summer, I have seen big crowds having fun swimming on the weekends.

Extremely overpriced for the service. Breakfast includes stale bread and an array of other stale pastries, dry and hard pancakes and supposedly French toast which actually tastes like what Id imagine cardboard tastes like.The desk staff are extremely uninterested in working and you could be there for a good 5min before one of them looks up from - probably playing solitaire in the computer.The rooms are okay... If youre lucky youll get the room without the rusty bathroom fittings.The overall look of the hotel is like something from the 80s - TACKYTwo starts is only for the very ideal location - not in the center of the city and not too far from everything else

Good place but need update on the reception aerea. Too much art craft what makes it looks quite dirt. Need an update as well on the rooms decoration.

It is a classic hotel that provide all necessary services. Has nice food, you change your cash also has massage service, conference facility etc

Havent stayed in one of their rooms but we had lunch at the Indian restaurant and we absolutely loved the food.

Pool is open to everybody for 10000 Shillings. Towel included, also there are nice chairs.

Hotel is a bit overpriced.Theres a forex here but you could probably find another place around town with better rates.

Good hotel. Of course, service and amenities are different from European ones, but very cozy and soulful. The staff is great and friendly. Prepare delicious. There is a pool where you can cool off from the heat. Returning to this hotel!

The best restaurant in Tanzania is the restaurant in this hotel.I was not impressed by the first day of visit, and the cockroach found in the hostel was so shocking that it was a hotel with the best restaurant after all.Although the hotel is located in the city center, it is not in close proximity to the city center, so it was a bit difficult to walk around the neighborhood from the hostel. As soon as I walked out of the hotel, the gaze was burdensome so I could not walk in twenty footsteps and returned to my accommodation.The Chinese fingering on the menu is really delicious.Electricity is very poor at the hostel, so only some of the outlets are powered. You may be able to plug in 220v, but it is a little uneasy and I like having a separate adapter. There is also a swimming pool and massage spa. If I had a lot of time, I wanted to use it, but I could not.

Rooms rooms and nothing to eat at the buffet ...I do not recommend it at all.

It is cheap and the food is delicious. We can use the shuttle when going to Kenya.
