Amazing and helpful staff in the reception and restaurant! Especially Lucy and Irene were so helpful and kind to us. Answering allOf our questions, helping us book bus tickets, arranging taxis etc. highly recommend this wonderful hotel which has a beautiful outdoor garden area!

Small decent hotel in the middle of the city centre off a dirt road. Pleasant staff, good food. In my opinion, its a bed and breakfast, somewhere you stay while you tour Arusha. Dont expect anything fancy here, just sleep, wake up and set out for the day. Very budget friendly. Its close to the airport but very far from the tourist attractions like the safaris or Kilimanjaro. Its over 2 hours drive one way to get to any of the listed places. Overall, not a bad place.

Decent hotel in Arusha. Good for spending a couple of nights there before going to safari or hiking. Very good and diverse breakfast. Bonus nice view from some rooms of Meru mountain.

Excellent value for money. Not special but almost same standard as most 4 star hotels in Arusha at 1/10 of price. Ideal for one or two nights

A very nice hotel with great view, happy and attentive personnel, delicious food, calm atmosphere and good location. We had our honeymoon there and everyone was so nice to us, special thanks to all staff who made this holiday most special. Definitely will visit again and highly recommended!

Owned by a Kenyan in Arusha Charity is a hotel I describe as work in progress. The rooms are tidy and spacious although the hotel is a little away from the centre but in a quiet environment. A good place away from the hustle and bustle of town.

Price/quality fair enough! It has wifi, breakfast included and the rooms are quite good with hot water despite the shower pressure being a bit weak.Recommended.

Very nice Hotel. Big Roms, good Service, you can enjoy a drink in the nice garden they have. It was the first place we stayed when we arrived to Tanzania. We had there dinner too, very tasty local dishes. Hotel is mainly for western tourists and is according western standards. Outside of the hotel you see the real Arusha and real Africa.
