The entrance is nice and the staff tries. The bed sheets had holes in them, the pillows were very well used, the towels had holes in them and the bathroom was very dirty. The hotel claims to be 4 star hotel but it really is not. The Indian food is good, we also tried the local food on the menu here but it was not edible, severely over cooked fish.

It’s a budget hotel within the center of the city. Very close by to the temples and Gurudwara and other Indian shops and community. Location is safe to travel alone outside the hotel area.Restaurant is spacious with good Indian food variety. I guess it’s because of the chef being Indian too. The reception at the hotel was very good in supporting.Only concerns is room was small and very basic. But cannot complain since it was very economical too.The bedsheet was badly torn on the single bed but was changed immediately upon being raised with house keeping.

+ On arrival, reception welcomed me with a fresh class of juice and were so accommodating.My room was clean and the staff went out of there way to assist me with all my needs.Food was great and the kitchen staff even prepared breakfast for me the night before, as I was checking out early the next day. Helped me to the bus station.They really looked after me, I really appreciate that as a solo traveller.This place really is great.- No complaints.

Stayed in this Hotel For 3days.Rooms are neat and clean.Food was excellent. Since iam a keralite like south indian food a lot.I got idili sambar, puribhaji, dosa for BreakfastRecommend this place in Arusha to Stay.

Tasty food( chicken pizza, french toast, kuku paka, venus sandwich). Amazing staff very professional, check in took us less than 5minutes. Rooms are spacious and extremely clean.

The hotel was well decorated and clean, but there is a mosque nearby and so in the evenings and then again at 530a when prayers began it was harder to block out the sound and sleep.

Rooms are good and clean, but they will charge you extra for extra person and at the time of chevkout when you are asking for an invoice. Then the receptionist simply answered that the prevoius staff didnt entered it in the system. Needs management attention🙏🏻

The hotel is basic and relatively clean, a bit dated with a cheap motel feel. For the price though I would honestly expect more. Breakfast is your standard fare. We had lunch boxes prepared by them as well, recommend going for the Indian veg option. The chicken sandwich gave me a stomach ache. Lastly the manager is downright rude and condescending. I saw him at breakfast dismiss the staff with a wave of his hand. The waiter was nothing but kind to us. Something about his attitude was very unpleasant. Im sorry for the folks working here but I just cant recommend staying here.

I stayed Venus premier Hotel during June 23rd to July 8th . Venus Premier Hotel Is just walkable distance to all major shopping mall & corporate office.Upon arrival the lobby of the stunning and luxurious hotel, I was pleasantly welcomed by a very mannerly receptionist at the front deskI had a wonderful experience at the Venus Premium Hotel ,the rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make my stay enjoyable. Every staff member I encountered, from the valet to the check- in to the cleaning staff were delightful and eager to help! Thank you! I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Arusha, Tanzania.Absolutely amazing! Vega multi cuisine Restaurant & Bar is beautiful, and food is excellent, generous portions and great prices. Vega bar has good stock of alcoholic beverages & soft drinks. The service is fast and friendly. I highly recommended itI enjoyed a healthy breakfast with fresh fruits & juices and pure products. There is also a public room with a coffee, tea facilities. I also enjoyed the buffet in every night with decent price . In buffet I got soup ,starter & vegetarian /non vegetarian variety of food .It has the facilities of Wi-Fi, Spa, business center ,credit card facilities ,laundry services, pick up & drop.

Lovely place to stay in Arusha, amazingly friendly chef who is well versed with many cuisines. I tried the Indian dinner and the breakfast and it was lovely. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Quite central location. Highly recommended.

Great customer service. Right in city centre so it can be a bit noisy. Rooms are not luxurious but comfortable and clean. I rate it 3 stars but gave it 4 because of the wonderful, personable, smiling customer service of the waiter Yuvenary in the hotel restaurant. He is so sweet and humble. Caters to your every need and loves to teach you Swahili. We asked for him each night.

Very comfortably hotel, clean comfortable rooms, with modern decor. The restaurant is nice with a mix of African and Western food. The shower didnt close completely and leaked water all over the bathroom, and the area around the hotel is not very nice, but its a good hotel, comparable to many 3 star hotels in the US. We stayed there one night before and after our safari and were very happy and comfortable.

We stayed in this hotel only for one night after our safari tour since it was offered by the tour agency.Adv :- The hotel is modern and has its own restaurant with reasonable price.- Room is clean and has a big tv screen- Wi-Fi is good comparing with others places we stayed in Tazania.Inc :- It smells food in the lobby- Squeaky bed : It makes a lot of noise- Shower can not be ajustable : it is fixed on the wall in a wrong angle : water taps on the glass, not on the floor- Long time of waiting to have your food ready in the restaurant (> 30 mn)- Laundry service is extremely expensive : the price is based on each item (for ex washing 4$ a dress, 1$ an underwear..., drying costs even more). Returning of 4 days safaris we have 2 kg of clothes to be washed and dried up. It would cost us 50$ and we must wait at least 4 hours !!! Finally we went to a laundry service near by the hotel (just 200m) and had our clothes washed and dried up in 2 hours with 5$.- While the staff in the restaurant is very friendly and attentive, the lady in the reception is cold, kind of stuck-up. I didnt fell comfortable at all.In summary, the hotel is not that bad. But when you pay nearly 100 $ and you expected for a real luxury 4* hotel, you could probably be very disappointed

The hotel is not bad and the service is ok, however everything changes when you try to leave the hotel just 20 meters away. You are immediately followed by suspicious-looking people. Wherever we they go, they would be behind us. Last day in Arusha we wanted to buy more souvenirs. As soon as we got out of the hotel, we wanted to accompany us. Wherever we go, people who are suspicious look, they was behind us. We returned to the hotel less than 10 minutes after we left. All the beauty of Tanzania was destroyed by the fact that we were like caged birds. We were only safe while we have the guides around us. When we were alone, everything changed for the worse. What struck me particularly hard was the fear of my children when they saw that they are following us. Then our vacation turned in to trauma. I wish all the best to the people of Tanzania but I will never come back here. For my money, I can find a place to rest, where I will not be afraid if someone follows me or not...

Beautiful hotel in an area that is otherwise a little scary at night. Has all the facility you need, including a security guard that will walk you to Pharmacy. Restaurant is tasty and prices are reasonable.

A very delightful place to spend for a business/transit. Right in the heart of Arusha CBD you have access in all directions. Clean rooms and facilities. The customer service is more than perfect. Food is mostly Indian Cuisine, hope you like it spicy.WiFi is smoooooth. Enjoyed my stay.

After having a bad experience for the first night at **az hotel in Arusha.. This place felt so good. It was perfect in each and every way... The room are spacious and clean.. The staff are welcoming, the service is A+ and the restaurant is out of the world.. They offer continental, indian, chinise, italian, french and swahili cuisine...They offer breakfast buffet which again is perfect in every possible way & THE CHICKEK SOUP won my heart... If i am back to Arusha, the soup will make me go back there...The place is absolutely perfect if you are looking for rooms in range of $70 - $100 per night.Updated review Sep 2018:Was staying in this hotel after a wonderful experience in Jan 2018 however in 8 months things changed a bit in the restaurant. The food served now was not as exciting as before. Though the service is upto the market from start to end. Had a bit of time consumed in check out.

Dont go to this hotel, it is NOT SAFE !!!!!!!My friend and I stayed at the venus premier hotel in arusha from 18-19 february 2017. We left the luggage only 30 minutes in the luggage room and the staff stole 500 USD from my wallet!The manager denied it, but we are absolutely sure that the money got stolen in the luggage room, as my friend and I checked the amount of the money before and after we left it in the luggage room. Then we realised that the money got stolen, it was too late to call the police, as we were already at the airport. The staff knew that we were going to the airport so that it was not possible to call the police.We called to the manager so many times. One time he said that he understands that the money got stolen in the luggage room and we will get the money back. The other time, he denied that the money got stolen. The manager did not help us at all to find out who stole the money. It would have been so easy to find out, because the period when the robbery happened was only 30 minutes, and only three people had access to the key to the luggage room.We are very disappointed from this hotel, because we trusted that the luggage room is safe. But as we know now, if something happens (it could also be something else) no one - not even the manager - takes responsibility!! Just dont go there.

Compared to other hotels at Arusa, the busy City of Tanzania it offers beautiful and modern accomodation at cheap and reasonable cost that is affordable by Indians. Delicious complimentary breakfast is offered here. It is an attractions to all Indian.

Liked the rooms - well-furbised and big. Reception-staff always helpful and present. Buffet left me wanting - but filled anyhow.
