A nice place to have a night stay. 5 stars

I was put up here because I booked a tour with Mojhi and it was included in the package. Both Gloria and Jacquie who work here were exceptional and did everything in their power to help me with my cash exchange and even took me to town and to the markets. All the staff were lovely and in fact, the best help Ive had in all of Africa. The food here was delicious and the room was clean and comfortable. A few things could use a bit of maintenance throughout the building... But overall it was a really nice stay.

Very very good customer care

This is a place of high standards. Spotless rooms, hot showers, VERY comfortable beds, a quiet surrounding, incredible manager, helpful and engaged staff; and an accomplished chef in the house. Try the vegetable curry for $7. We’ve stayed in various places in Arusha, and none can beat Crest in value. I have no higher praise.

Its a nice Lodge, rooms were clean and the garden is nice. Staff is slow but very friendly.The restaurant is little pricey, a pizza is $10. I recommend just ordering from Bravos pizza for half price (and tastes better) rather then eating in the restaurant.

It achieved all our expectations. Clean place, good sleeping, tasty food and a quite area. The receptionist was really helpful and professional.

Great value for money ... nice rooms good prices quiet out of town. Not up market location though. But definitely my first choice when in Arusha for cycle tourism.

Very excellent atmosphere and warm staff. Service is exceptional. The access road needs major works to allow small vehicles pass.

Nice hotel. Watch out for Sam (or Jordan) who is a thief. If he offers you an excursion or a safari, run away.

I would have put two stars for my criteria but the staff are so friendly and helpful that I raise the note. Do not hesitate to eat there, it is very good, do not pay too much attention to hygiene, but overall it is good.

Crest SAFARI Lodge, they are very good for all places. Every time I am in ARUSHA I will sleep there

We offer an airport shuttle for $ 20 the day before (we even paid and everything was ok). The next morning, they had changed their mind and the price doubled in 1 night .... $ 40 to 12km in Tanzania is clearly theft!The rooms and the hotel are nothing special.
