Worst place I have stayed in Africa by far!Rooms mouldy, smelly, filthy and damp, staff were incredibly rude, unwilling to compromise and provide a reasonable price for the service on offer, in the end overcharging us compared to the agreed price, slow to serve customers in both the bar and at check out, woke us up at 1am and 6.30am to ask us when we were vacating the room - avoid at all costs!

Its a very nice and calm place, the only problem for me is that there is no a full time restaurant everything will be made by placing an order.

We spend three nights at this place and enjoyed it a lot. the staff was very kindful and always willing to help us with any problems. They also have a restaurant where they serve very good and affordable food.

Good place to explore Arusha and surroundings. Good money to quality ratio. Camping $10 and Dormitory (called Bandas) also for $10/bed. They have 2 Bandas, one with 7 beds and one with 5 beds. Showers and toilets are good. The reception, Ms. Munuo, is very helpful and friendly. Security is as good as it can be. Probably the best and most affordable place for over landers with there own car, truck or motorcycle. About 2.5 km out of town.
