Me and my wife we went there after safari. The reception was good, nice room, breakfast was so so amazing. We had romantic dinner at 3 hut area, it was well decorated with candle light and food was so delicious.... Surely will come back again.
The bed was extremely comfortable. The room was spacious and clean. The restaurant was fantastic, delicous dinner and super breakfast and staff was friendly and helpful. Wish we were not just passing through!

Top Notch Resort in ArushaThe accommodation and grounds were so beautiful and I enjoyed the lovely view of Mount Meru. The resort is well maintained with many facilities and amenities. The staff are friendly they even allow me to check out late. I enjoyed my day at water world area while having my drink at their beautiful pool bar. Breakfast was so so good and food was so delicious. Will come back with my family in the next trip.
When you step into this place it feels like you are not within Arusha, Architecturally well planned. It is not favorable to your pockets when going with the family though, might have been a bit cheaper especially when it comes to fun and games for the kids, could have attracted people instead of being almost empty. Overall a great place to hang out for drinks and food. The restaurant and bar have a very good ambience.

A little piece of heaven!!We spent one night in the hotel and it was amazing.The rooms are very clean with a beautiful design. The outside of the rooms is more beautiful.The food is extremely tasty and service is perfect.We arrived late at the hotel and we were surprised that the chef and staff were waiting for us to choose our food from the menu.We also had our breakfast there and it was great. Fresh fruits and juices, tasty coffee, and a variety of sweet and salty things. There was even chicken wings.It is sad that we didnt get the chance to try the pool as we were on a tight schedule, but it looked big with tons of things for children and families.Special thanks to Abou, with whom we arranged this stay for his kindness and professionalism . We will definitely come back for a longer stay.

We went as a group in June, we had a fantastic experience there. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Rooms are very clean and the food was great, specially when they cook outside in their garden.The location isnt far from Arushas airport but you will need a car to get around as all the exciting stuff is quite far away. Bring plenty of mosquito repellent as you will get bitten :)
A place for Kids as well as adults for fun and relaxation...
The place is incredibly very nice for all ages, adults and kids. There are numerous games for kids, modern bar for adults, restaurant, outdoor seating areas for relaxation without forgetting a beautiful water park. It is a place where one can do the events as well.They have good customer service indeed.There are also hotel rooms at affordable rates.
Food is a amazing. Awesome place to take your children. Swimming, bumper car, little ATVs for children, a train for children so many different type of play areas including a eater world. Honestly there is not better place for children.

Fun retreat is a very nice place to stay and has cool games for kids but one big problem is the road. The road to get there is very rough and bumpy if you have a small car it might be a bit challenging to get there.

Wonderful complex with perfect service and extremely friendly staff. The cuisine is amazing, there are all kinds of massages, from therapeutic to relaxing, with natural oils. I would stay here for a long time.

Fun Retreat tends to get crowded on holidays and weekends, which is typical of any place offering family entertainment. The service staff really try their best to get orders right and fast. Theres a payment system in place where cash is loaded in cards before service is offered. Can be a bit confusing though. Any amount not spent is refunded at the end of the visit.
Good place for kids sports.Kids can have really good times here.Only that the place wasnt designed to accomodate adults. If you are adult going there (without a kid) you might really get bored.
Excellent and charming staffs, they make you feel comfortable, a very beautiful place for the whole family, when I visited this place there was a lot of games facilities for the kids and adults too. You cant feel bored at all, the food is also delicious and the accommodation place is so quiet and conducive, we really found a one stop center. I really love this place, also the massage treatment is very good and they use only herbs for treatments, its really nice and we enjoyed the experience
A very nice Resort with very good hospitality. It has very nice rooms ,good food and services as well. Nice green lush garden with wonderful environment and surroundings and a beautiful water world with integrated water plays. Definitely recommend for you if you are looking for a wonderful hotel for stay out, only here in Arusha Tanzania.
A place for the children, good one
Hotel with atmosphere. The cottages are most luxurious and the garden is amazing you can spot a lot of birds in the beautiful morning. The staff are very nice. An oasis of peace and relaxation. The lunch was the best of all.
Amazing place with a very very poor service...They did not value our time at all, specifically the restaurant and the reception. My opinion to the owner is that you should change the people u have handed it over to... im sure U can do much better.
Simply ridicolous! We had to cancel our trip to Tanzania, due to this particular situation given by Coronavirus. We simply cant travel there, is it not permitted by Italian government. The hotel refused to give back our money or, at least, to provide a voucher for a future stay. NEVER EVER MORE, lack of class and style at all.
A very amazing place, its clean with nice gardens.The dinner plus the welcoming stuff all together was very cool. The bar is very good with a lot of stuffs to do while you are inside(pooltable, good music)The water world...i loved it!
This is one of the most amazing places I have visited. The rooms are nicely done, clean and quiet! The grounds are well manicured and the TreeTop was just wonderful. Family friendly with lots of things for the children and adults to do. Wonderful Water park, warm and friendly staff! I was totally impressed! Will definitely come back.
Place is good but not 5 star as indicated in booking.com staff are ok but not professional they try their best but the final touch is needed for perfection we enjoyed our stay food is good quality generally its perfect for relaxation.
This is the best family oriented place in Arusha.
The place is quite nice but theres an undeniable element of over commercialization thats off putting. Entrance fee should suffice to visit most all amenities. Its generally well designed except for a obvious design flaws such as walk paths that are too narrow and a spectacular view Mount Meru thats obstructed by some ventilation cyclones. Kids seems to enjoy the place.

This place is nice, you however pay to sit with your children inside. About $13 to swim and $25 for all child activities which are very many and fun. I will come back and actually get in to have fun.

WOAH, WOH AND JUST WOAH!!! The place to visit and spend a lovely time with your family and friends. Especially fun place for children and for adults also: bar, pool table, table tennis, soccer watching, ... Only worry is during weekends its packed, and therefore the service is medium, so I would advise better go during the week
Its a really good Resort. Has a nice Indian touch. Like ayurveda. Has a huge swimming pool with many things to make it look like a water park. Nice rooms. Bar especially amazing with lights. Its a proper 5 star resort. Will recommend to all my near and dear ones.

A beautiful name living up to its name...a fun retreat for both kids and adults...pools and water games are heavenly as well as inside games...couldnt enjoy the adult zone, 360° but looking forward to it as baby just wanted be outside...classy and trendy and a place to visit on a weekend and a full day is needed to explore it and enjoy its many features..

Nice place. So many play grounds for kids.. fun place but u should atleast look on this; parents have to pay fees to get in the park to see there kids playing.. the money we pay in is too much to enable atlist on parent to check up on there children its not that were going to play on there swings.. thanks my kids enjoyed

Beautiful accommodation and gardens. Though management should consider providing a dedicated muslim run approved halal kitchen considering that a large section of the population in Tanzania is Muslim. Otherwise a beautiful ambience.
Inside the premise of Fun Retreat you will get enough and even more than enough Fun. The place is utilized by professional staff, good weathered environment where you can sit and enjoy. A integrated water world, a luxurious spar, Avenue for conference, An indoor and outdoor park safe for kids to play, 360 sports bar, a multi cuisine Salt and Pepper Restaurant and many more exciting places you can not imagine all only at fun retreat. I had Fun being there.. Thank you Fun Retreat for making my day more fantastic.

Nice food
Bad location, almost 2km of very rough road, rude staff, average food, very slow and at times malfunctioning card system and stinging fire ants in the garden.Nice water park but small..Good to experience once with kids but not an every weekend place.Definitely not worth the money you spend and certainly an overrated place!
A group of 8 if us from ireland stayed here after we climbed kilimanjaro, this place is amazing, staff are welcoming and polite never asked us to quite down had no issues whatsoever food is great, rooms are beautiful will be back in future with my kids
