The best Hotel on this Makao Mapya / Levolosi area. Available parking space, WiFi Internet and decent rooms. Amazing restaurant too.

Good hotel with clean and cozy rooms for spending one night before or after saffari, just there is a little noise of street during daytime in your room. The breakfast was good but not especial and there were no buffet for breakfast there, but you could have fruits, eggs or jam and coffee or tea as your order. The reception is very friendly and respectful ,you will receive good service there.

The Hotel is average in terms of the room. The shower was not particularly good. The air conditioning worked well. Breakfast was okay. The staff that worked there were great. In particular Hilda who was at reception the day I arrived. If you are going to Arusha this is a very comfortable stay.

Pros : The restaurant has really good food! Clean rooms. Helpful friendly staffCons: main reason I’m giving this place a two star . It has a club next door and so there is nonstop pounding music all night. I stayed here on a Sunday so not sure if it’s a different on the weekdays. But it’s so painful and unwelcome after a long flight into Arusha

Affordable hotel in Arusha with clean room. The showers have its issues (leaking water to floor and not hot water, kind of warmish only), but the staff was very helpful. Their restaurant has good prices on drinks (beer only 2500!) but we didnt enjoy the food too much. The dishes are too big.

A warm welcome even though I turned up in the wrong month! I meant to book for June but in fact booked for July. They still welcomed me with open arms. The room was comfortable, the staff were kind. The dinner in the restaurant was very nice. Manager Leopold drove me to the bus station and helped my buy my ticket to Loliondo and the evening manager, Madame Happy, organised for the nightwatchmen to walk me to the bus station the next morning at 4am. Really, I dont think youll find better service than this in Arusha.

Good breakfast, friendly staff, clean rooms. You can leave your big luggage at the hotel meanwhile go to safari

Its a nice place but they need to buy new bed sheets and sleeping garments, they are just old except for their charming staff and wi -fi connectivities

Bad not Fatal, we had a reservation in booking which when we arrived they told us that it was literally canceled, our reservation for one night was € 12 and they charged us € 20 that the difference is absurd but they would not let us in if we did not pay what They asked us and only told us that the booking reservation was canceled and we were confirmed reserved and confirmed.Apart from the facilities BAD NOT THE FOLLOWING, terrible breakfast, worse food, the shower ran out all the water that reached the room, there were no windows, only a sad mosquito net that covered them and little else, no air conditioning, nor toilet paper had. Do not book here and even less by booking. A scam, hopefully these reviews will help them close the hotel

We arrived with a Booking reservation which had not been taken into account. The price was to be 30,000TZS for our two nights. The manager did not apologize, and instead he asked us to pay 90,000TZS (3 times the original price), and all for one breakfast for two !!! Insulting!We left and found another much cheaper hotel with breakfast included and top service for 20,000TZS per night.Go your way if you are looking for a good hotel with a friendly manager

It was a transit hotel before and after a safari. Hotel not at all recommendable ... limited room, dirty bedding, dirty bathroom too, smell of pipes ... meals, only breakfast was good, for other meals, they offer a menu but do not respect this whether or not we simply order or bring the things ordered. Also, a member of staff entered the room while we were there without knocking !!Do not go !

The perfect place to spend a pre-safari night. The staff is friendly and welcoming and the breakfast is good and plentiful. The rooms are normal, very functional and comfortable. The area is not the best so if you arrive at night dont panic.

Our local safari guide booked us a Jevas hotel and the hotel is really the best we have been on this trip.I don’t even know the cost of the hotel (therefore, I can’t compare the price-quality ratio), but the breakfasts are not bad and the Internet is intermittent, but still there is better than in the other 5 hotels we were in.And also very friendly staff.In general, I advise this hotel

We stayed at this hotel for our pre and post safari night organized by Wild Life Oasis Tour. Everything was perfect, the rooms were clean as were the bathrooms. Very good dinner and breakfast.Very friendly and kind staff :)

For a hotel in Arusha, its very decent. Rooms clean, there is hot water, very nice service, which tries to make guests happy. We had a safari in the price, so I do not know how expensive it is.

Very good reception, attentive staff, very basic room but the air conditioning and hot water are appreciable. Dinner and breakfast ok.Small flat the smell of pipes in the room.

Clean and correct for the previous rest and post safari. Very friendly staff and a strong point is the restaurant. The samosas that I ate there are the best, do not stop trying them.

The hotel is nothing special but for the good price. Pretty good breakfast, free wifi and about 10min walk from the hotel is a large supermarket.
