The staff were friendly and very helpful, the rooms spacious. The restaurant had a great mixture of international and local food, and was of good quality. The pool was excellent. I would definitely stay here again if given the opportunity!

Just visited the roof top bar.Very friendly staff and good drinks.Needs a minimum spend if you are not staying in the hotel (12usd, 30 000 shilling), but this gets you 3 drinks so thats fine

This is place was a pleasant surprise to the entire team. Checked into a room that was more like a home. Living room, Working desk, Own kitchen, massive bedroom... it was all feel good for entire stay. Oh, need I mention that the Internet does not make you feel scrambling for it? We loved it, really loved it!

The most thing I like about this place is there service,how they design there rooms is bringing you the feeling of home kind a place the thing that I didnt like is the small area of there gym to which if the hotel is full and everyone wants to do some exercise the gym will faint 😂, but all in all the place is nice with affordable price for five 🌟 hotel.

The rooms are spacious and the service is great, the buffet is impressive.. Nice restaurant service, If u like meats...you will love the well roasted/grilled lamb, beef, chicken. The internet connection is good... The bathrooms are good, u dont need to carry anything, theres even a comb and body scrub in addition to the usual stuff. Theres a kitchen uf u want to fix urself a meal... Didnt get to use it but it was nice to know it was available.The swimming pool is small if you love to swim...

Huge suites, attentive staff, good wifi. Rooms are comfortable and spacious and the staff is super helpful and attentive. Breakfast is fine with fresh omelets and warm options. Location is a short walk from the Clock Tower roundabout. Not as convenient to town shops as the Arusha Palace Hotel but I will stay here again because of suites and strong wifi.

It is for overnight stop before going to national park.Room quite large with separate sleeping room, kitchen and living room. Staff is very friendly, breakfast is also many option.

Their card reader would not take our MasterCard credit card or our visa debit card. Very frustrating. They also did not have an atm so we had to go find one and make multiple atm withdrawals. Wifi was spotty and only worked in some parts of our room. Also had to reset room card multiple times. The room was nice but that was the only good thing.

The service is not up to par with the price. Their room key had to be activated multiple times a day, the WIFI only works on certain parts of the building, the breakfast was subpar. Also the card reader did not work for a VISA nor MasterCard and we were forced to go and find an ATM that charges us a fee and it is dangerous to walk with that amount of money. Convenience and relaxation are supposed to be key and they are clearly missing that aspect at this hotel. Choose carefully, for I will not go there again.
