I really just want to be honest about my stay here. I just wanted to spend some nice time alone and booked one of the more expensive rooms so I would enjoy, the room was ok but I ran out of water before I could even begin washing my hair. The staff were really quite rude and refused to bring ice to my room when asked nicely, I also ordered a meal and when I called to ask why it hadn’t been delivered 45 minutes prior they sent me on a very annoying roundabout trying to find a staff member that could understand what I was asking and low and behold they had not put my order in for the food. I did like the lady at the reception and she was very helpful but despite that I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

Location was right next to bus station, good value for money, modest room but very big. Breakfast was amazing. We stayed in 5th and 3rd floor, try to avoid 3rd floor, no natural light.

Great hotel if you like to be in the town center down side is that outside noise outside in the early morning whe people are opening up there shops

The hotel is bad on so many levels, but its cheap so value is ok, I guess. We got bed bugs in our room.

The hotel is pretty nice. They clean the room everyday, give you fresh towels and bed sheets. I also like very much the breakfast, I can eat only twice a day with how much I eat in the morning. Last but not least, the staff is super friendly except for this one guy who was trying to sell me safaris, like every single person in this whole city. I love the staff at the restaurant, they are super friendly.

The security and porter lady were super welcoming and helpful but lady at reception really changed my perception of the hotel. Price versus service has lost at least 1 client...

Good place affordable price

Locationally not great. Bit chaotic outside the hotel die to bus stand being very close. Also rooms dont have Ac and have no ventilation as well. Had to ask for a fan for the night as it was suffocating for 2 people to stay in a tiny room with no air outlets. After much request and time wastage they managed to send a fan to the room.

Good location and friendly, helpful staff. Room is clean but the towels appear a bit brown so I didnt use it. Service is really good, when the receptionist noticed that I returned from an afternoon walk around town hot and sweaty, she offered to move a fan to my room. Hotel also has a generator that kicks in when there is power failure (which is quite often in Tanzania). Wifi is ok.But folks at the restaurant cant really understand English. What you ask for may not be what you get.

I like the place, has nice rooms and excellent customer service, their prices are competetive. They amazed me we great offer during this december.

I only stayed for one night even though I had planned to stay longer. The bathroom in room 403 is extremely small with a concrete pillar inside. The staff are kind and the WiFi works. I did not like the location, its in down town part of Arusha. I found it noisy and could barely sleep. The prices are fair.

The location of the hotel was very convenient for me. Lovely staff who were always ready to assist. My only complain would be the wifi which was a problem to access due to poor signal to my room.Other than that i enjoyed my stay.

Extremely basic hotel, room and food available is very basic. The place is in the midst of a local bus terminal and market so tends to be a little noisey. I would give them a 2nd star for the very friendly staff they had. Good place if on a super tight budget.

Good price. The room was really nice and big. The problem is the noise from the market, it last whole night. If you have sleeping problems better check for other place.

Great service. Weird booking system. Great room! They even woke us up for breakfast! Room service is quick, the restaurant is great.

I booked room before arrival but when i reached it was sold and unfortunately they didnt had replacement of same room.
