My experience has been pretty good. Simple, clean room with hot water. Breakfast a bit poor, wifi slow, but overall a modest hotel.
Worst experience ever. Stayed 2 nights in 2 different rooms: same issues in both. Not clean. Water on the floor everywhere in the bathroom. Shower broken. Mosquito net with holes. Wifi not OK. Had to ask for towels… I definitely not recommend this place.
Its good but need some maintenance
Quite basic hotel. Very poorly maintained.
Poor services hot shower not adequate,TV not working in some rooms
Very accessible, good for travelers.
Polite workers, best menu
Nice place to stay and Good accommodation
No frills hotel. Rooms are on the small side. How water only available in mornings. WiFi was either too slow or too weak signal to be of any use. In house laundry was decently priced at TZS1000 per piece. Rooms had no fans or a/c. Towel and a bar of soap provided. Simple continental breakfast included.
Nice, quiet and affordable
This has probably been a great hotel in the past. It is a little run down now, could use a renovation. However, for the budget it is a reasonable option. Bed is fine, staff is great. Breakfast buffet is limited, but they offer to bake you some eggs. Location is on the opposite side of town from where the new hip tourist places are, but its close to the central market.Edit: the amazing help from Nazeer made me put an extra star to the review
Great accomodations, hot showers absolutely a place to stay
Good place to stay , town us just a walk away, with nearby Mall & Super Market. Place is clean & staff courteous. Good Service
Possible Tourist SCAMBe carefull about this place.I have booked at here but they wanted to transfer me to MERU INN which seems like a half price hotel they have do it to another tourist at the same time and they were selling rooms at the same time for that night. The receptionist was rude even did not discussed with us anything. The mood was it is evening and if you dont want what i have given to you go find somewhere outside if you can...So for not having a bad srprise for your holiday keep away...
This place is amazing wonderful and beautiful rooms and hot water and free Wi-Fi
All you need to prepare for safari. They offer free safekeeping of your excessive luggage. Loud music coming from outside can disturb your sleep though.
Nice and cheeper and nice location in town
The staff here are so friendly and helpful - Nazeer took us to find the quickest dala dala ( bus ) to get to Lake Duluti. He went out of his way to help, this was about a 20 minute walk from the hotel and he was very careful in explaining how to get back. We would have been lost without him, and we saw Arusha more like the locals and less like a tourist. The hotel is clean and comfortable. For those traveling on a budget it is a wonderful value. It’s not perfect, the shower had a small leak and the view was over a more gritty part of Arusha. The surrounding neighborhood is not a carefully manicured resort. But we had mandadazi and chai from a street vendor across the street and watched the chaotic un-choreographed traffic go by.
Good food, the rooms not so much. The staff organized a taxi for us to go to Kilimanjaro airport.
A no thrill hotel, good value for the price. Clean rooms and helpful staff. The restaurant has an extensive menu.
If you want normal hotel, it is not the best choice.Noisy and too small. But, hotel maid is very kind.Final decision : not recommend
Well deserved 4+ rated hotel. They got delicious food both western and traditional.
The breakfast wasnt good, the rooms are okay, with mosquito net and they are clean. The shower is a piss stream ;)
Arusha Inn was a great stay.. WiFi,, Neatness & privacy were o point..
The room is comfortable, big and clean. It can be noisy as its close to the main road.
Good hotel and good location, nice people
Just nice area to settle and its safe to live for One day night
I forgot my wallet in the room and it was kept safe for ine month. Found every okey..... They are faithful and the place ia safe.

Nice place
For the price they charge its okay...But its generally not a good hotel
The reason we travel is because we want to admire all those wonderful places
Very small rooms for a high price
First room had a broken door knob and no toilet paper or soap. They moved us to a second room, smaller and darker but looked ok. The toilet leaked onto the floor a bit but from the tank. This room had tp but no soap. Then my partner tried to shower and the water was warm- no pressure and random sprays going various ways, but ok. Then we couldn’t turn it off- the nice receptionist couldn’t either and she got all wet helping us try. Eventually a man came who got it off. So ok but not great. When I showered we couldn’t turn it off either without the guy. Bathroom is small so you can’t use the toilet with the shower on unless you want to get wet. Anyway- slept all right since bed is comfortable- heard 2 or 3 mosques well in the early morning. Then, breakfast was the worst I’ve had- 2 pieces of dry, crumbly whit bread and a “Spanish omelette” that appeared to a whites only egg thing with no salt or veggies in it. One of my worst experiences in many many years of traveling on a budget.Staff member Dayana was very kind but really seemed the only one who cared at all.
Two positive aspects ... Inexpensive and super central. Otherwise you cant get anything good from the hotel. Mold in the bathroom, very poor WiFi, super loud and the staff is not really interested in the guest or in service.
A budget accommodation, in which you benefit from all the conditions, except air conditioning. The room was clean. Linen and towels were clean, and hot water was available at all hours. Breakfast was not great, just a few slices of toast and eggs to choose from. The staff was friendly and fluent in English. The wifi signal was quite weak in the rooms but decent at the reception. The location of the hotel was relatively close to the market and ARK airport.
Basic rooms, clean, you have to ask for towels, they only give one. We eat well. It doesnt overlook the main road so its hard to find but its better because you dont hear the traffic, they use the horn a lot !!
I am very friendly on my first visit, but the attitude changes when I book another safari. However, the cleaning is really clean, and the ladies who clean it are very nice :) :) Please clean it well when you wash your laundry. Breakfast is just at the price level.
I went there because I liked it, but the service was not good.Someone who seemed unrelated to the hotel, who was chatting at the reception, barely followed up to get a tip (no luggage or anything like that), but he must have seen the bathroom lights not turned on, but blatantly asked for a tip. The dollar is a hundred dollars and there is no shilling, so I couldnt. I changed the room because the bathroom light didnt come on, but this time I cant charge the room, and if I close the door, I cant open it. Breakfast was not good, so I moved to a nearby backpacker the next day. The backpacker was better in terms of cleanliness, service and breakfast. Backpackers have shared bathrooms, but private rooms cost $8.
Horrible soundproofing: I would call this place as a house with invisible doors! Breakfast is modest but satisfactory. I was shocked that in the coffee country, they offer INSTANT coffee for breakfast !!! The undoubted plus that in the center was close to the event. Rooms: furniture, antique style beds, good quality. Problems with HOT water throughout the hotel !!! Summary: cheap but angry! After the event, he moved to a decent place at a sparing price (not in the center)
Very loud! For a week stay here we did not sleep a single night! At 5 a.m. cars start to honk, scream, knock on the street, this is unbearable! Several times I asked that they set up hot water in the end they have the whole field - the field and the matuna hakuna. 2 days there was hot water, the rest of the days were washed cold. Breakfast is not tasty. They don’t know how to make fried eggs, they fry strongly, which is impossible. Pancakes are very oily, fruits are not always fresh. In Arusha, I advise you to choose a hotel away from the roads. This hotel is not recommended!
We spent one night, everything clean, very comfortable beds and good location. Maybe to put a snag, is that the furniture is quite old.
Very well maintained..good breakfast..home friendly..prix very sweet for the prestation.par cons very poor indicates..c is set back from the street. After the meru post office..in front of a store STEEL LDT .. there is a door painted gray metal. C, is at the very bottom on the right ..
What a beautiful city Arusha
No AC or fan.Absolutely ok breakfast.
Pazuri.
